The interior style and the facilities at the pool. Many sun beds etc. The spa and the breakfast were good as well. Overall our experience is very good.
Only the shower, it was not practical. You had to take the stairs to get into the bath to take a shower. Maybe it’s better to have a walk in shower. It could be slippy. Especially with kids. Besides that, the hotel is perfect if you wanna rest a little bit, relax and swim.

Our whole experience at Anio Boutique Hotel was amazing. Expect the rooms and facilities to have everything you need, a bit modern but still with a Vietnamese touch. The hosts (especially Hannah Ngo) were super helpful with everything from telling us where to go, to helping with stuff in the hotel/taxi/…
The breakfast is super extensive: fresh eggs, Vietnamese food, bacon, beans etc and bread.
The location is right in between the (old) centre of Hoi An and the beach. 10 min bike ride to the centre and 15 min to the beach.

Pros: Nice staff, nice pool, good food.
Staff was definitely the highlight of the place as they were nice, friendly and welcoming. Especially Vi who checked us in and gave us a short explanation of the map to familiarise us with the vicinity as well as run through activities and attractions in Hoi An.
The breakfast spread was good with an egg station allowing us to enjoy fresh eggs any way we liked. We had the omelette. Breakfast pho broth was delicious, much better than outside and the restaurant food was good too. Vietnamese coffee was a tad sweet. Pool area looked nice but we didn't get to use it because of the rain.
Cons: Lack of warm water, old furniture, thin walls, stains
Bathroom: Could be because of the rainy season but our hot water ran out after 15 minutes and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the water to heat up again. Thankfully the bathroom was clean and the bathtub was good. Comfortable to lie in without slipping. So we resorted to collecting warm water in the tub (which only filled about halfway) for us to ration our warm water supply to ensure we had enough to rinse off. We got drenched from the rain most days so would have been nice to be able to enjoy a warm shower without worrying about the warm water supply.
Room: Our room was dimly lit with old furniture so it was a bit difficult to feel comfortable or cosy in the room. There were also random paint fingerprints left on our bathroom door. The walls were also thin so we could hear our neighbours up, down, and next door and couldn't really get a good night's rest.
Entrance: It happened to be monsoon season during our visit, and we noticed that Grab drivers tend to stop along the street instead of right at the hotel entrance even in heavy rains. Perhaps the hotel could look into building a sheltered walk-way to prevent guests and staff from getting drenched.

Anio Boutique Hotel is a wonderful property to stay at when in Hoi An. From the second we arrived, we were greeted by such friendly staff and this continued throughout the rest of our stay. The staff can not do enough for you, and were always so lovely to have a chat to! The room we stayed in had a beautiful view, was very clean, spacious and comfortable - the housekeeping team did an amazing job. Breakfast was delicious!! Pool area was beautiful too, always had access to towels and could always find someone to order food and drinks poolside if you wanted. The spa was beautiful too, Miss Hallen was my massage therapist and she was amazing! Anio partner with Dolphin Restaurant at An Bang beach where you can use the sun-lounges and we can highly recommend eating there also. Special shout out to Hugh J, Vin, Vy, Jasmine, Dolphin and Ken and any other staff that we encountered from our stay - you guys are amazing!

Anio is a bright, clean and bit posh hotel about 1/2 way between An Bang beach and Ancient Town. So very easy spot for day at beach at evening stroll at night market. I stayed at Anio in 2022 and very lucky to be back in 23. Staff all very, very nice and breakfast has many options. Super place.

Everything was amazing. The pool was gorgeous along with the towels provided made everything very easy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating and were easily available. The rooms were spotless. Only a 5 min taxi to the town or you can use the hotels shuttle bus. The food in the restaurant is also lovely. Cannot recommend this hotel enough it really added to our experience in Hoi An wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you !

Phuc, Vin, and Vy were extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed seeing them and chatting with them during my stay! It was very nice to have the AC on even when I was out of the room!
The pool was being cleaned during one of the days I was there. It was a bit unfortunate, but I got to use the pool at the neighboring hotel, so it wasn't an inconvenience.

Rooms and facilities were nice. Staff were amazing, especially Hieu. She was wonderful with helping us with our stay.
Personally the shower and tub orientation was a bit odd for me and my wife but may be a non issue for others.

Amazing hotel, why stay in the busy over crowded old city when just a few minutes away you can live in tranquility and have amazing facilities as well as closer travel time to the beach.
The Dolphin bar they partner with has been amazing too when we were at the beach and all staff, breakfast and facilities were superb!

Room needs some tlc, they have combined this hotel and the one next door for breakfast and pool space so it was much busier than it should be with a lot of guests from the much cheaper next door property. Breakfast was incredibly busy with no tables available. We unfortunately had a lot of noisy neighbours and had a lot of shouting and door banging in the corridors and children crying, it would be nice for the soundproofing to be a little better.

Stunning hotel facilities and fantastic room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was immaculate and it had a smart TV with Netflix. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast & cocktail were top notch.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms are very big and spacious and the room area looked great! Probably the best breakfast selection I had at any hotel while I was in Vietnam. This hotel was actually better than the 5 star I was in earlier in Hoi An.
Location isn’t great.. If you want to explore the Old Town it’s a fair way from here. You can hear your neighbours above you.. but really there wasn’t anything else to not like

The staff were so helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfast is incredible! I booked a spa service and it was world class. They even booked our flights to our next location. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Staff were very helpful and gave great advice on restaurants and tailors to use. Room was beautiful and clean and the whole hotel felt like luxury at an affordable price. taxis were very cheap so we got into town fine (as was raining we didn’t make use of bicycles). breakfast was great and staff were soooo helpful at all times. would stay again.
