It was average. The shower was too small, and very inconvenient- it even fell on my head one time

checking in and out was easy

Me pensaré si volver

La ubicación está bastante bien, a 10 min del centro en autobús. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienes lo básico para poder cocinar.

Se escucha todo lo de las demás habitaciones, por las noches se escucha a la gente de los lados, hace mucho calor y no hay manera de regular la calefacción. Una cosa a destacar es que no veo lógico que se pongan a hacer labores de mantenimiento u obra cuando hay huéspedes alojados en el hotel, se pusieron a las 7h de la mañana a hacer ruido en los pasillos.

Recommend! Very good value for money!

The place is very cosy and clean. Has absolutely everything necessary for living. The bus station is very close. Quiet neighborhood. Good wi-fi. Easy check-in/check-out.

Nie mehr das Hotel.

Es hatte eine kleine Küche

On the whole, after the mess up with accessing the doors, my stay was quite pleasant.

The staff working in the building were super friendly. When I couldn't access my room because the code didn't work, they were so concerned and I could see their desperation in wanting to help me, but their hands were chopped off.

It was a very frustrating that I couldn't access the entry door or my room's door because code didn't work. After a long flight and being totally stressed that my luggage never arrived with me, I was very disappointed that I couldn't access the door. Eventually, I was given another room after running up and down the stairs trying to unlock my rooms door after I eventually got in at the front door.

Checkout nightmare

The automatic check in was good, room was clean and spacious.

The staff kept banging and shouting at the door from 9:50 am onwards. We checked out at 10:20 however that 30 minutes was a nightmare. We told her that we are checking out in 10 minutes however she kept shouting that she needs the room now. This is not the kind of hospitality we were expecting at all. The experience would have been good if this incident would not have happened.

Excellent location based service apartments

The Room was very good and met our expectations.

Improvements are needed for the Pillows they are very uncomfortable. The Shower in the Bathroom is too old and the Water is spilling out, absolutely not maintained properly.

Would stay again, now that we figured out and got used to location

Walkable distance to train station. Easy to find using gps. Nice kitchenette. Clean and safe.

No shampoo or body soap. No AC. Next to busy street.

It was great stat with all the facilities. Thank you for wonderful hosting.

Everything was clean. Towels were not provided but the staff was active enough to solve it asap.

Check-in time was too late and check-out time is early. Could be made little more.

A cheap, shoddy room.

Check-in app didn't work. Cheap, shoddy furniture. Transparent and flimsy curtains - could not block daylight and sunshine. House notices only in German. No local information about bus stops, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Definitely CONTACTLESS. Coffee machine (I think) in room but no instructions. After seeing leaflet about the Tourist Card I had to ask for it, instead of being offered. Mouldy balcony. The app describes it as a 'Superior Triple Room' but definitely not Superior. Nowhere to hang the coarse, rough towels.

room upstairs were too hot . mobile key is smart idea but if you lost battery then you're in trouble . Would suggest to use keycard instead mobile key.

Superb

The location was great, and the room had a terrace with a beautiful view. Facilities were great, full kitchenette, laundry, and iron. However, there is no hairdryer and shampoo. You will receive a visitor card for the duration of travel to have free transportation and discounts which was very helpful.

The room space and balcony view was good

1. The washroom basin was not working. Water was logged there so had to use shower for brush also!! 2. The contactless entry is nightmare. One mid night, their wifi was not responding so couldn't detect mobile key. Had to try for almost 30 mins to try to enter the building. We tried reaching staff on the emergency number but it was also not working

The app is terrible. Doesn't work without an internet connection, so we had to get data roaming. Also, the app doesn't tell you it's internet it needs - it just doesn't open. Once you're in, it starts requesting that you download the app again... one of the worst check-in experiences I've ever had. Also, the coffee machine is in a bad need of decaulking. It would only give us a few drops.

Good place to stay in Luzern. Value for money.

I booked it for someone. They stayed here for 4 nights and explored Switzerland. The stay was comfortable.
