Staff were very friendly and the location was very easy to travel from.
Hotel convenience plus nearby 7-11 made this stay easy when rushing for quick food.
The only minor downside of staying here was the casting to TV function kept on freezing on my TV.

Essentially right next to the subway station, so that was super convenient! The ladies who checked me in were also just the sweetest and most understanding. Also just loved having a tub (unheard of in East Asia)!
I wasn't informed beforehand, but for the price I'd paid, it was for a smoking room. I took it because I didn't want to pay more, and there was just no escaping the smoke, which was pretty bad. Not their fault, I made the choice ultimately, but just wish I'd known that's what I was paying for.

北千住に用事があったのですが、駅周辺にホテルが少ないので、隣駅の綾瀬に宿泊しました。綾瀬はこぢんまりとした駅な上、ホテルも駅の近くにあるため、特に迷うことはありません。ミニマムな構成ですが、必要な装備は一通り揃っています。夜は静かなのでよく眠れました。食事はホテル内の小さな売店、もしくは、ホテル隣のセブンイレブンで購入するか、駅周辺の飲食店を利用する形になります。なお、綾瀬駅は千代田線の始発駅で、御茶ノ水や大手町、表参道に乗り換え無しで座って行けます。
荷物が多いと部屋が窮屈に感じるかもしれません（荷物はベッドの下に置くようになっています。）また、作業スペースとしても使える鏡台も狭めなので、長時間のデスクワークは難しいです。部屋でゆったり過ごす・集中して仕事をするという用途には不向きかもしれませんが、ただ、眠れればいいというならば十分です。

A limpeza não é a melhor, inclusive um dia encontrei uma barata enorme no quarto, bastante a melhorar neste departamento.

ห้องเล็กมาก ไม่ค่อยมี area ในการวางของมากนัก หมอนนอนไม่ค่อยสบาย ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีกลิ่นเหม็น ไม่โอเค เข้าใจว่า clean อบแล้ว แต่ไม่สบายใจที่จะเช็ดหน้า เสียดายไม่มีออนเซน ราคาถือว่าค่อนข้างแพง

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They were all very patient, professional, and attentive to all the guests. Japan, in general, is expensive. Therefore, I would say that the value for money is fairly okay. The location was super convenient. There are small parks, shops, and restaurants around the area.

Clean, convenient location to the station, comfortable beds! Staff was very helpful and polite despite some language barriers.
Smaller rooms than what we’re used to, but not bad considering we spent much of our trip exploring!

the location is perfect near to station and 7 eleven and also near by a Coffe shop and everyone is helping and kind my kids love the place and don’t want to leave 🤣
