Dette var over all forventning. Stedet, maten, fasiliteter og personale var fabelaktige. Variert og god mat, veldig familievennlig hotell, super aktiviteter i badeland, mange sklier som passer alle aldersgrupper. Vil spesielt takke Fatima Zahra og Rachida som rengjorde vårt rom og var super hyggelige. Ansatte som Fatima Zahra og Rachida er noe hotellet må ta vare på og de bør belønnes godt for sitt bidrag.

Rommene kunne vært større, vi bestilte large familie rom, det største rommet hotellet hadde. Sengene burde vært bedre, madrassene var altfor harde. Treningsrommet burde vært bedre, med flere apparater. Vi måtte klage på dårlig AC, men hotellet tok vår bekymring på alvor og løste problemet raskt.

Personnels vraiment très accueillants, serviables qui se démènent pour faire tourner ce grand complex toute la journée. Vraiment tout le monde est au top ! Infrastructures idéales pour les familles avec enfants. C’est vraiment fait pour les familles avec enfants. Nourriture très bonne pour un all inclusive avec du choix, de la qualité et de la fraîcheur.

Emplacement un peu excentre mais des navettes gratuites à disposition. Ma chambre ne disposait pas de porte de douche mais c’est un détail. Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées. C’est à prendre en compte quand vous réservez en hiver /automne /printemps. Peu être proposer de l’eau pétillante dans les boisons :) Mais vraiment le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Incroyable Aqua Parc Aquatique Les chambres ont étaient rénovées ce qui est fortement agréable (je parle des suites) L’immense gentillesse du personnel est juste magique ils font leur possible pour nous satisfaire et tout sa toujours avec le sourire

La nourriture assez répétitif Le jus d’orange au petit déjeuner couper à l’eau 😵‍💫 Sinon dans l’ensemble on trouve toujours de quoi remplir son assiette

Good range of facilities, especially the water slides and the rooms were comfortable.

Some of the rooms were dated and small things around the hotel needed fixing/updating. The food was very repetitive, same every day and very limited for vegetarians.

Les différents proposition de repas. L'amabilité du personnel des femmes de ménages au personnel des restaurants. L'équipe d'animation au top pour les enfants. Et spectacle proposé tout les soirs.

Que les toboggans n'étaient disponibles aux heures d'ouverture et pas tous ouvert en même temps car en nettoyage ou il y avait un défaut. Les boues ne sont pas de bonne qualités. Le manque de respect de certains clients le soir mais cela l'hôtel n'y peut rien.

Très bel hôtel, propre avec des équipements parfaits. La literie est confortable. Il propose un service de navette pour se rendre dans la médina. Les repas sont très bons et variés.

Mal insonorisé.

Le personnel, le nettoyage, les infrastructures, les differents buffets, les excursions, les animations enfant et adultes.

Un veritable gros problème par contre : l’insonorisation des chambres. Absolument impossible de dormir car au moindre bruit couloir ou chambre adjacente c’est le reveil assuré.

Le parc aquatique est top, le personnel est très agréable, le buffet est de qualité, et les activités, spectacles proposés sont top

La literie aurait pu être plus confortable, mais c’était bien quand même

Vriendelijkheid van personeel. Harde werkers zijn het. Mogelijkheid om te eten. Voldoende entertainment voor jong en oud. Fijne rondleiding in het begin. Lekker eten Goede schoonmaak Mini disco voor kids. Midgetgolfen Drankjes in de middag

Kinderbadje is erg koud. Bijna niet te doen om erin te zwemmen met een bijna 2 jarig kind. Daarvoor had ik speciaal dit hotel geboekt. Voor oktober was het net te koud. Sommige dagen konden met moeite. Ik had graagd verwarmd willen hebben Ook jammer dat de shuttle bus snel vol zat. En geen mogelijkheid om in de avond naar het centrum te gaan. Alleen overdag, waardoor je moest kiezen. Zwemmen of centrum.

Das Personal war teilweise sehr fokussiert auf Gäste mit ausländischer Abstammung. Einheimische Gäste wurden von Teilen des Personals schlechter behandelt. Das fand ich sehr schade. Das trifft aber nicht auf alle Angestellten zu.

Es war alles sehr toll es ist ein tolles Hotel und für die Kinder ein Traum da das Hotel ein Aqua Park hat

Excessive use of plastic and waste.

The hotel was super clean - the staff working so hard all the time, and made our stay exceptional. The rooms were serviced diligently, Rachida was superb and her team took care of our room brilliantly. Mr Samir managed the restaurant exceptionally and always greeted us and took care of us making us all feel very welcome and special. The aqua park was spectacular and all the staff very friendly.

There were some good deserts but overall the deserts were not as good as the delicious food.

Great atmosphere for family and very secured with great choice of food.

I liked the atmosphere. Mme Nora was professional to solve some issues I had , she was super nice. Also Rachida the house keeper was so nice and helpful. The hotel is nice and well organized and my kids had lots of fun

I didn't like how fatimazahra acted, she never answers my questions on time she was not professional. Any time I need her help she never answers only after a while. She was supposed to schedule me for the transportation but she never did. I was on time there a begging the driver to take me and bring me back . There is no communication between the driver and fatimazahra who supposed to be there with a list of who will go by the transportation. She always get excuses she doesn't have inter excuses to answer. Also the front desk need to be more professional..they struggled taking my payments and print me a receipt. It takes them a while and they couldn't do it until Mmd Nora got it for me the next day. After all in the checkout they ask me for more money because they said the me Mistake.. Also they gave me hard time to put me in the room I reserved after they moved me 3 times from room to another's instead of just give me my room that I reserved.
