Eine wunderschöne Lage mit Blick über die Bucht , einem tollen Deck mit Zugang zum Meer, ein schöner kleiner Pool auf der Terrasse der ersten Etage. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Variety at breakfast was OK. It is was simple but quite good tastes where they are not throwing away the foods like any other open buffets. As Swedes says that Lagom "just the right amount" or "not too much, not too little"
The view of the breakfast area was amazing.. And the staff, they were so professional and always having a real smile on their face.
The location of the hotel is quite close to the center (5-10 mins by walking), the rooms are big enough and clean (everyday they were cleaning the rooms and changing the towels etc..) In front of the hotel, they have their own beach and the service level of the beach and pool staff (considering that they are working under 40C) was excellent.
There is a small swimming pool just near by the bar and Tahsin (barmen) was a great service minded person.
The facility has a car parking slots just in front of the hotel.
Just be aware that there is not lift in the facility and if you are elderly or having little kids, can be challenging to climb everyday to your room. In case it is needed check with the staff and ask them to give you the rooms on lower floors, i m sure they will do their best. Otherwise, my health app was saying that I made great exercise during my vacation time :)

Nice staff and not too busy hotel which enables us to swim and eat with ease. Aditionally, the location was great in terms of view at closeness to amenities.
There was no lift which we knew but getting the top floor made it very irritating. The top floor has slightly annoying roofs.

PROs
* Superb location, at the end of the town, right on the seafront, with only 8 - 10 min walk into the main harbour / square / shopping /restaurants. Mainly flat walk, 2 hills.
* Fabulous views from the restaurant, the bar / pool terrace, from the beach restaurant, and from the 3 beach terraces.
* Friendly, cheerful, courteous, helpful staff that make you feel right at home, and are delighted to see you every day. We especially liked the lady who serves breakfast and lunch (Sakina??) and the guy in the bar, (Tasim?) who played all our music requests, and made up a playlist of our favourites! He is so chilled and cheerful all the time. Also, the guys down at the beach who are buzzing around with towels and drinks - nothing is ever too much trouble to ask them!
* Good outdoor areas with plenty of sunbeds. The beach club swimming spot has 2 ladders down into the crystal clear sea - one is longer - and a fresh water shower. You get fresh towels every day at the beach club and the pool.
* Really nice lunch terrace above the beach. We really appreciated that when we didn't finished a bottle of wine, they put our room number on it, put it back in the fridge and kept it till the next time we wanted it. Or you can get drinks / food served to your sunbed.
* The bar terrace is a lovely area to come back to after dinner in town, with low lights, comfy seats, music and sparkling views. We ate there one night, and the food was very good, and cheaper than in town.
* Excellent air-conditioning in the bedroom, and a small fridge which was actually cold.
* Lovely snow white fluffy towels every day in your room. Bed linen changed every couple of days.
* Standard breakfast buffet, with cheeses, yoghurt, olives, salad, fruit salad, watermelon, processed sliced meat (no idea what it was as we never touched it!) and bread that you can toast.
CONs
* No lift in the hotel. There are 5 flights (about 40 steps or so) of stairs from the street level up to the pool, bar, restaurant area. All bedrooms are up more stairs after this!
* The hotel is old, furniture is basic, and a bit worn out in places. But very clean in all the main areas, even though our floor was only swept once. So, we had sand and leaves etc on it most days.
* We had no bedside lights or lamps, just overhead lights. Very bright, if one person wants to sleep while the other person is reading. You have to get out of bed to go and switch off the light. It would be a cheap thing to buy 2 small lamps to make the room better. Also, provide 2 (washable) glasses instead of 2 (disposable) paper cups. More eco-friendly!
* There was a strange arrangement with the bed linen! (in our opinion - but maybe every hotel in Kas is the same?) There was a bottom sheet, and then there was a cotton blanket. No top sheet. The blanket was the exact size of the bed surface, so not really big enough for 2 people. We asked for a top sheet, & no problem, we got one. BUT, every day, for 9 days, the housekeeper took it off or folded it right down to the bottom of the bed. So, we needed to fix the bed again every day.
* The bathroom was TINY. It's a very basic one person space! The undercounter cupboard under the sink had the doors taken off, so it looked like a half done DIY job. The bathroom is painted, no wall tiles, even the shower. But, hot water always.
* Fresh orange juice isn't included in your breakfast. You pay extra. And plastic straws instead of eco-friendly paper ones!
* Really terrible coffee from a filter machine. Maybe poor quality coffee grounds? One morning we asked for an Espresso and a Cappucino from the barista machine in the bar, but the cappucino was really watery, and the espresso tasted the same as the jug coffee, not freshly ground beans. And we had to pay extra for them.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was really good, staff were attentive and polite. Excellent view from the balcony and amazing sunsets. Great beach access just across the road.

I felt mixed feelings when reception’s lady look on my Russian passport and told about like “you can’t pay for your room”. I have dollars card and it was impossible. Only after long conversations she took another terminal and of course all was good. It’s look like she doesn’t want checked in me. In this hotel I felt nation segregation and is not good in modern society.

The people from the hotel! A big 10. What can so many hotels learn from these very special and kind personnel. The swimming with seaturtles. Everything was beautiful, the hotel is nearby the restaurants. You have a wonderful view from your balcony.
Rooms are noisy. And be aware there is no elevator, a lot of stairs, but that is good for your health. (And also personnel brings your suitcases, so no worries.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Aqua Princess! The staff is hands down the biggest highlight as they are all super helpful, friendly and attentive; what a great bunch! The breakfast buffet was very good with high quality food. We also liked all the food we had for lunch from the menu, very tasty and portions are big enough. The bartender is very skillful and he serves amazing drinks. We also totally enjoyed the sea front, the water was so clear and you can come across with some sea creatures :)
All in all if we happened to come to Kaş again, we would definitely stay at Aqua Princess again, thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!

My Mother stayed at Aqua Princess for 3 nights and she loved it. She had a small but functional room with a magnificent sea view from the balcony. And she absolutely loved hotel beach! In my opinion it's the best beach-club in this part of town. The stuff is nice and helpful, you're feeling welcomed. Also it was quiet at night - so she got a good night sleep.
There is no elevator so the access to rooms can be pretty challenging - some of them are as high from sea level as 8th floor... It's absolutely ok for youngish people, but can be problematic for elderly or those with kids.

The pool and outside space are excellent and the location close to town is really convenient. The breakfast was also great and breakfast staff was helpful. Paying in any currency (Euro, Pound, Dollar) was no problem with no mark-up.
The rooms are fairly dated and older- they look quite a bit nicer in the photos. The wifi only worked for a few minutes at a time. Some staff had great English and others didn’t so hit or miss there.
As other reviews mention, there are a lot of stairs. There are 2 flights to get to floor 1 (pool area) so if you are on the 5th floor it is really like the 7th floor. I do think most other hotels are like this in the area though and doubt many have an elevator so I think this is unavoidable when staying in Kas.

the staff were amazing, very attentive and always offering help. my partner had an injury prior to arriving and they were so helpful with preparing /providing him with extra bandages etc without even asking!
our external door did not lock which had direct access to the main deck area which made us slightly uncomfortable leaving our things

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has its own beach which is very comfortable and convenient that you don't need to search for another place. Hotel's location is excellent 10 minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast is very filling and good with variety, which is served at a terrace with a nice sea view.
The hotel has many floors without an elevator, it was not issue to me but be aware if you have difficulty in climbing up stairs.

The staffs are SUPER! They are super helpful and always keep nice smile during my stay. the location is really good as you can go to center easily but it’s quiet and the view is stunning!
I stayed at 8th floor with NO elevator! this is really an issue and I believe hotel must to solve it. I felt stress every time when I went down and up! I can’t imagine how the staffs climbs all this stairs with those crazy luggages. I felt sorry about that.
Door, balcony door and bathroom door were broken! however, imagined if I changed the room, I have to climb the stairs as well as the staffs, I gave up and decided to stay just one night no more extend (which was in my plan)
pillow is really tall, I slept on folded towel. This is really a beautiful hotel but full of small issues to improve.

Staff was very friendly and the location is great
Wi-Fi worked bad, Wi-Fi on the beach did not work at all. I asked for a fix daily but nothing changed. Wi-Fi network is showing the signal but seems like the router was simply not connected to internet.

breakfasts are well prepared with rich foods selection and I like it. but for the dinner you should choose alternative places. I ordered a grilled octopus but it was prepared in a strange style which I didnt like.
