Staff- one of the reception guy was very rude and was trying to make more and more money from us in every possible way.

I liked everything about the hotel except breakfast in the restaurant. Staff was friendly, studio was clean and comfortable, location is great. Territory is very green and calming. Definitely worth the money. I stayed with 2 kids (4.5 and almost 2 y.o) and it is a perfect option for us.

The breakfast in the restaurant. Firstly, they changed the menu and therefore almost doubled the prices. Everything was very slow: there was a morning, when we were the only customers and they cooked scrambled eggs with bacon more than 30 minutes. Waiters are hard to communicate with and overall we had a poor experience with the staff in the restaurant. Anyway, there are some quality options nearby, so I recommend not to include breakfast in your booking and decide yourself where to eat. Yeah, and please do something about the coffee - it is the worst that I have ever tried, although there are a lot of nearby places with really tasty stuff. Wi-fi was not great as well.

The internet (wifi) is the WORST we have ever experienced in all our years of travel. We had to keep switching between Arena 3-4-5, & I could never access Netflix or YouTube. I would go to the lobby out of desperation to send important messages. We didn’t buy the breakfast package & had breakfast only once but it was very bad service & very limited choice. No Indonesian alternatives which are the best (fried rice noodles or fried rice with vegetables were not available). I do not eat bread or pork, & my wife got served her sausage & bacon last, long after she had finished her eggs. We brought along our own coffee maker & enjoyed good coffee & fresh fruit every morning & were much better off. ARENA LIVING does NOT deserve the 8.8, & 9.2 rating we saw online. It is at best maybe 6.9, or 7.2 Decent value for money, but definitely not as portrayed online. We persevered.

Very friendly and nice staff. Overall hotel was really nice and close to Sanur. Beautiful to have your hotel room next to the centre and the swimming pool.

The bathroom wasn't really clean and we both were itching all night long (which could also be a coincidence). Overall it was really nice and good for value.

location near port to nusa penida and sanur beach. sindhu market is also nearby for late night snacks. staff were very friendly and accomodating.

small issues. the 3 keys. one for balcony, one for main door and one for connecting room. would better with card key. wifi is intermittent.
