Your staff is helpful and approachable. Food was good quality - we booked half board so we had good value. The restaurant staff was excellent and helpful Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels daily.. Everything worked well- toilet, shower, hairdryer,r, etc. Location, location the absolute best. I loved watching the beach life and surf from my balcony into early morning.

Furniture very run down- rooms need to be upgraded . The sanitaryware needs a thorough scrub n polishing. A bigger size bedcover or perhaps 2 of those throws will be very welcome at night.

Definitely coming back here!

The Staff was very friendly and always happy to help. The Hotel is at an excellent location and many activities are on site. Definitely coming back to this one.

Nothing to complain. Internet might be a bit slow but otherwise no reason to complain.

Basic but manageable

The location was amazing!!!! We got there and paid for a sea view room and the view did not disappoint. The room was way too small for 2 people and 2 large cases there was nowhere to move at all. It is very very basic but for the price you can't complain. We did ask for a triple room so we could have more space and the staff had no problem with that and said come in the morning and they would give us a new key and to just move rooms. We had full access to the rooftop pool all to ourselves so had our own music drinks and no one was there to disturb us! Was amazing!

The shower wasn't great but did the job. The breakfast wasn't great and I only had a coffee. It is very basic. The bed was fine. The views are amazing.

Seaside haven

I had a lovely little seafaring room,with a balcony.I was there for a rest so it was perfect. The hotel is centrally situated on the promenade, with numerous shops and restaurants. The gentle sound of the sea,and the amazing plated dinners were great. Ahmed at reception was so kind,he assisted us quickly when we arrived late,organised dinner and even helped us with a suitcase we were unable to open. He is an asset to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel though old and clean could do with some refurbishing.

O.k. in price only.

Ladies beach area. All the restaurants nearby.

No restaurant although it makes out there is? Separate cafe to the front. Was dull so couldn't be bothered staying for 3 nights, left after the second night & went back to original hotel in Centrum. I suppose price reflects this. 'Jan''? waiter was lovely. in cafe.

The area was good . The staff were good but the noise spoilt our first two nights.

The area is great

the room was very noisey. This noise was generated from something internal and should be fixed. We changed rooms to the 5th floor for the next 3 nights . The noise could still be heard but did not keep us awake.

Good for a budget stay but if I have to visit again I'd rather pay more for more comfort

Lady serving breakfast was very friendly and cheerfull. Great spread for breakfast. Great pool area with beautifull view. Central access to beach and public transport - can take an affordable bus to town or to the central hub from where you can get a bus that drops you off at Ephesus (the reason we visited the area)

The room was tiny - the photographs makes it look much larger. Reception staff were not helpfull or very friendly. Felt like a glorified youth hostel.

Perfect Location, perfect views over the beach - I suppose this depends on the room given though. We were in 403 and would stay in this room again. All amenities very close by. Several very friendly stray dogs in and around the hotel that were very well looked after, it was lovely to be greeted by them each time we returned to the hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily, very basic but clean.

Rooms are very basic and small, though we did get used to it and wasn't in the room very much. No facilities to make a coffee/Tea. Wi-Fi didn't work very well in the hotel. Couldn't turn the air conditioning off unless we left the door open.

Budget beachfront hotel in Kusadasi

We stayed our two nights in Kusadasi at Asena hotel given the excellent reviews. It's a budget hotel at the beachfront of Ladies Beach, which is one of the best public beaches in Jusadasi, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel though needs some serious renovation, the corridors and the floors are carpeted and quite dirty. The rooms were small but with great views to the sea. However, the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, I found it to be a good option for a short stay in Kusadasi if you're on a tight budget.

Great place to stay for a few days

The hotel is located in a super nice neighborhood, next to the best beach in the city - literally 30 meters away. Also there is a nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and dinner where you can watch the sunset.

The bathroom could see some renovation, but overall it was functional and clean.

Super locaiton right on the edge of 'Ladies Beach' (Kadinlar Denizi) Staff attitude is adequate. Food is delicious and various.

No drink (even water) is included to dinner for half board reservation. No kettle in the room. No internet. Building needs renovation.

The beach needs a little improvement

The property is old, but well maintained. It’s location makes it worth all the money because it’s super positioned. The panoramic view from the restaurant is splendid; It’s super close to the beach and everything you might need - stores, shops, pharmacy, and other restaurants/ bars; The staff was very kind and attentive, from receptionist to cook and cleaning ladies, everyone was doing their job how they knew best, and I’m thankful for their effort. I really had a great time.

The property was good, the only thing I didn’t like overall were the cigarette filters from the beach which everyone threw away in the sand instead of using the trash bin. This was disgusting and blew up the beauty of the beach and sights. I noticed that all over Kusadasi people didn’t throw the cigarette filters in the trash, instead these were thrown on the streets... this isn’t nice. I saw an old man cleaning the streets with a broom and dustpan, but even he couldn’t get them all... On the beach nobody cleaned the cigarette filters, instead these were added daily with the “help” of people’s carelessness. Also, there were plastic bags flying on the beach when it was windy, and garbage. In the evening the super popular “Ladies beach” was rather sad, with plastic bags in the water and trash all over the place. This left me with the impression that people there don’t bother cleaning up after themselves when left freely to do as they please.

They're saying that they have Internet in all areas, but the internet it's not working, it disconnect me every 2-3 minutes saying that the session expired.

Budget hotel with good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff

Continental breakfast had a good selection. Location of the hotel was the main reason for booking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable with excellent views over the beach and promenade.

WiFi was poor and the signal was poor requiring logging in every few minutes as the signal kept dropping out.
