Overall I did enjoyed my stay despite the minor disappointments. This hotel seems to be around a long time from the look

I like easy access to pool. The size of bed was perfect. I stayed here outside the busy days so it was quiet. Also easy access to a private beach.

I felt that the linen in my room was either not washed properly or wasn't washed recently. The bathroom also had a slight smell. The service at restaurant was average. I would recommend other if closer. For an all inclusive its acceptable. The internet and digicam network was terrible at this location so Netflix didn't work well. The property seemed worn. There were wall patches and the light switches wasn't laid out well.

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and the beach was private

I loved the view and the fruit trees.

There was no microwave and it was far from food and town.

Room layout ... aggressive upkeep fresh towels ans cleaning ...

My shower in room 66 is kinda broken not working optimally.... upgrade key card system soo I can have it in my wallet around my phones

Excellent restaurant. Friendly Staff.

The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are big and nicely furnished.

We really enjoyed our stay so the following wouldn’t put us off from returning but would enhance the stay. New shower heads are required. Beach bar toilets and bar area needs attention.

A mixed bag. Could be amazing needs some investment.

Quirky and different. Beach small but beautiful and mostly empty. Staff very friendly and helpful Housekeeping was excellent along with Sheena on reception. Food was good. good taxi service Loved the sip and paint class

Hotel needs some renovating and tidying up. Main pool by reception needs renovating, very shabby, Tiles missing, floor badly chipped. Neither pool big enough for proper swimming. Sea very rough so not good for swimming either Beach bar in serious need of renovating. Floor is rotten in places, a bad accident waiting to happen. Breakfast was poor.

Enjoyed the private beach. Good size rooms, with balcony.

Good location. Private beach. Shower hose. Superior room was good so she.

The outside facility could do with some TLC. Recommend power washing the concrete throughput the facility.

Good

The room was comfortable and had a great view to one of the pools and to the sea. There was information available on transportation and sights to visit. Food was good!

The staff wasn't very friendly, but they were competent and took care of things. The restaurant was missing a few items.

Very good. The pool was lovely. But the beach location is not for the elderly.

We enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast.

There was a problem to get clean towels on our last day.

It was okay!!!

The pool The beautiful view of the ocean and courteous staff.

The bathroom was not cleaned, the shower was filthy it seemed like the same cloth was used to clean the entire room, they reused open shampoo and lotion tubes...didn't empty garbage every day in room. The mosquitoes were EVERYWHERE...there is no cable the WiFi was spotty and inorder to view the television you have to sign into your own Amazon prime or Netflix account which kept loading because of the cable connection.

The worse. Will not recommend

Absolutely nothing. Terrible experience. The decor and furniture gives “grandma’s house”. The aesthetics of the restaurant gives “voodoo house”. The entire place needs a total makeover and consistent maintenance. The property however has a nice landscape, with a great view. Possibly under new management and a total upgrade, it can be a 3-4 star hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and somewhat accommodating.

Everything. Its already away from the busy side of Tobago so the hotel needs to be more attractive for guests. Rain fell most of my stay and therefore i was at the hotel most of the time. It felt dismal and bleh the entire time. The room’s do not give a “nice and cozy” vibe at all.

great service and beautiful rooms

The staff, the rooms, the pools, and the food was excellent.

Treat for mosquitoes! Also, either offer all-inclusive or don’t, boarding packages that inch up the tab with each drink or dish isn’t cool.

Good view of the ocean

Dining area was filthy in the middle of COVID. Dust and mould present. I could not get into the hotel the first night of my stay… even though I stated that I was arriving late.. got there and the doors were padlocked.. was over charged for my room service.. Difficulty finding a parking space. Won’t be going back.
