Not even an option again.

Staff only, and close to where we needed to be.

Paint wasn’t finish, no extra towels, no extra bedding, tub didn’t drain, shower didn’t drain.

Relaxing and Quiet.

The woman that checked me in on the evening of October 27, was the sweetest lady. Also the Houseman that came up to help me with the television that night was kind and helpful.

I wish a lot of these places I stay in would remove carpet and put in vinyl flooring. It is impossible for housekeeping to keep carpet clean.

The hotel was close to the airport and just far enough away from the craziness of the strip. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I expected something a little nicer for what I paid. The building is 15 years old and looks like it is 50.

Poor

Breakfast was very limited, Room did not get clean for 3 days Hall way had very dirty carpet and smelly. Shower faucet wouldn't shut down all the way and making noise all night Not enough towels and other stuff, I had to to the desk and ask them for it every day.

Compared to what I experience in other locations the food was very little & limited. It should be noted & posted" Children under a certain age MUST BE ACCOMPANY BY AN ADULT PARENT" they were very wasteful & made messy which made it nasty for others.

The waiting period from check-in till four days later before anyone finally came to clean my room, I finally had to phone the manager to complain. They came , vacuum gave towels then left. No washing shower, no replacing tissue box nothing else!

The front desk lady was nice, escpecially for 2:00 in the morning.

Bedbugs and being told by the front desk that it wasn't anything bad, it was just a bettle. Been waiting 15 days for a refund that I was told that I would get and still haven't received.

Underinvested unclean cash-cow

good bed, spacious room with king and sofa bed, room was clean while the carpet not vacuumed in a while. Free parking, offered breakfast I did not take. Ben at the desk was great.

Everything was great except the cleanliness.

Great location for being close to the strip, without being right on the strip. Lots of eating places nearby. Quiet. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good.

It's not at all clean. Dirty carpet, walls, sheets. Also, lots of broken things (ice machine, dripping facets, etc.) The facilities just really need some attention.

The room wasn't clean , there was trash in the hallway ,the phone in the room wasn't working and the tub drains were clogged and I wasn't able to take a shower. S we had to wait mm until we got to the next hotel to take a shower. Didn't make for a good birthday

First room smelled, toilet did not work and there were dirty towels behind the main door and toilet. Second room was acceptable. No water provided at the breakfast. Don't drink coffee and can not drink fruit juice, I am diabetic. After asking and stating poor customer service I was given a bottle of water.

Don't stay here!!

Best price for hotel near airport Friday of Spring Break.

Old hotel and facilities, not enough wash clothes, stained carpet, warped bathroom door, lousy pillows and could not provide an additional pillow when pillow provided was very flat. Would not stay here again. Thought the brand Baymont by Wyndham was better quality than this.

Dirty, smelly and aver all horrible. The rooms smell like cigarettes and the bathrooms are filthy. The swimming pool, if you can call it so, should be locked to the guests.

Worst hotel I’ve been to

Bed we had has this squeak sound everytime I move. You can hear people talking from the other room besides our room. Wifi is not working, everytime I connect it says too many subscribers are already logged in. During my first night, I wasn’t even able to relax. There was a fire alarm due to a defective sprinkler. We had to evacuate and it took them an hour to identify the issue. It was cold outside! TV is small Shower drainage is slow. It is so gross. Sadly I forgot to take pic

No jacuzzi

The breakfast in the morning was nice. The staff were great. The location was easily accessible by public bus to the strip

The hotel is dated, hallway carpets were dirty. There is no jacuzzi and the pool is not heated. The pool room is falling apart. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool and we thought a jacuzzi would have been there too.

A good breakfast

The carpets are dingy dirty in the rooms and in the hallways throughout the hotel. 2nd floor smells because of full trash running over. Parking lot is very tight between the white lines, car to car.

Disappointing

Part of the front desk staff were really rude to us. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and never did the housekeeping service go to our room to at least take out the trash or give us clean towels so we could shower. The pool was filthy and there was a bad smell in the corridors. The breakfast had too little options and most of the facilities at the hotel (including the breakfast corner) were really dirty and disorganised.
