Staff super nice and helpful! Awesome breakfast. Only serious issue was heat in room. Definitely would stay again.

Really lovely spot and very affordable. Very quiet location and quiet in the room. Amazing breakfast! Best chain hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, especially bacon cooked by Elsa!!! Better than mine! And definitely best hotel bacon across the board!

Place not the easiest to get to, even with directions. Heat in room didn’t work. Very nice hotel clerk found us extra blankets so we were warm in bed. Bathroom tub could use major scrubbing unless it’s just that finish is worn off. No walk-in shower (would have been too cold anyway).

Location was great with beautiful view over the water.

Elevator did not work, hallways had no air conditioning and were really hot to walk through.

Pleasant experience

Location is great, very close to major highway and very close to subway station. If you forgot a tooth brush or anything of that sort you can ask the front desk and they provide it for free

I stayed for 3 nights and they only clean the rooms after the 3rd night of your stay

Close to my family. Easy to get to. Clean

Elevator didn't work and took over 24hrs before the staff put a sign in it ... even after we suggested this to them so no one was standing around waiting

Great location with benefit of parking however the room itself had an unpleasant smell.

Mother Nature caused a distribution.

I never stayed there. Pipes burst. I was a 2nd hotel where the pipes burst. The 3rd hotel was fine.

Exceptional

Having restaurant was a plus Mary Murray was great checking in an out.

Hotel staff everything was great. The only downside was the RUDE DISPACHER FROM YELLOW CAB. I called to see if I could reserve a taxi 445 going to wedding he said no call back then. When I called back 5 times finally he answered and said nothing available for an hour. The girl at the desk in hotel not sure her name said he gave her a hard time around 4pm she had called for another guest. Dispatcher was just as rude!!!!

I liked that the property offered breakfast with our stay

I didn’t like the location. Also, being that are flight was delayed we didn’t get to the hotel until 2am in the morning and the amount of drunks and random folks walking in and out of facility was a little disturbing. Then as we were trying to get checked in this man walks in looking for a room because he didn’t want to stay at his own home with his family and kept insisting we stay with him in his room!!! That’s not ok because it was just the two of us women and we kept saying no trying not to lose our cool but this man was harassing us. Eventually he moves around and goes to his room but the whole time during our stay I just didn’t feel as safe as I would have wanted. The room was also over priced for the quality received and had this weird odor even in the elevators. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Comfortable clean room, good breakfast but need to change from using disposable cutlery & crockery.

The use of plastic cutlery and disposable plates and glasses is not what you expect and so poor for the environment. More staff could be available during breakfast.

Inexpensive and pleasant

We stayed here on a family trip to visit a college in Boston, we were not sight seeing or playing tourist. It is close enough that it is a short drive to the center of town, while far enough that the price is reasonable. Parking is free at the hotel. Overall it is a perfectly fine hotel, clean rooms, nice breakfast, no issues.

We reserved a room with two beds but were given a room with a single bed, which at nearly 1am check in causes a bit of disappointment, back to the desk, look for another room and 30 minutes later we're in the room we booked. Sometimes just a little bit of extra customer service at the desk would be really helpful with tired travelers. Staff was helpful, but little mistakes were made. Also Please note that entering the parking lot is particularly confusing - follow your GPS slowly and carefully
