Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Clean, comfortable beds, good location.

I’m not a big fan of outdoor entrance rooms but this worked out fine.

Great deal in Franklin, easy hop on to the interstate to Nashville

Great price, really convenient to I-65, plenty of water pressure in the shower, room was clean and didn’t smell of smoke or cleaner, which is always a concern with motels. Great breakfast for a budget place - eggs, potatoes, sausage, and biscuits and gravy along with the normal continental breakfast options.

Great for a short stay

A great central location with plenty of restaurants and shops in the near vicinity. A clean room, a good breakfast and well maintained pool make this hotel great for a short stay.

Franklin, TN

The location was in a very nice area of town. It was very easy for us to drive around and find all of the places we needed to see during this visit. Restaurants were close, as well as grocery and convenience stores.

The bed was advertised as a queen but didn't seem any bigger than a full. The bed was also not very comfortable. There was no shampoo in the shower, and only a little bit of the body wash. We rented the room as a couple but only had towels for one; I had to go to the lobby in the evening and request another set of towels and washcloths.

I was pleased with the price and location for sure

The location was very convenient to lots of restaurants so that was very nice and the room was clean. The front desk clerk, Ariana, was very personable and kind when she checked us in as well.

The TV had very poor reception and that was quite disappointing; I actually had to watch a lot of TV from my laptop. The shampoo and body wash provided in the shower was difficult to get out and even though the directions say "push hard" on the dispensers it would break open and never dispense anything.

Bad manners, rude house keeping

The room for starters was not clean, and when I brought this to the attention of the housekeeping/reception they first agreed to do the cleaning and later said that the senior housekeeper has been in the establishment for over ten years so she is excused from carrying out her duties. The coffee machine was not working and I called for assistance they said we do not come to guest rooms

I wasn't aware the lobby didn't connect to the rooms. It was a motel, not a hotel. No elevator and I was on 2nd floor in the back. As a woman travelling alone, I was nervous about that.

Highly Recommend. Clean and comfortable.

Exceeded my expectations. Needed a room last minute and honestly haven't had very good experiences with the economy chains. This Best Western was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, super sweet and professional staff. Surrounded by every amenity you could need. Would definitely stay here again!

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Large roach in the shower and another climbing on the telephone cord. Fuzzy tv reception or just a bad tv, not sure which. Member of the staff opened the door and started to walk into my room while I was getting ready in the morning.

found a few bugs in the room. outlets didn’t work properly. we also had a man that kept walking by our door. when I walked out he ran off. twice. playground is in very bad condition.

Quiet area, clean room.

Room was clean. We had a handicapped accessible room and was happy with the set-up. Quiet area!

There was not a ramp or cut away to make for easy access to the motel room, even though we were in a handicap access room.

Location

I was trying to recover from reconstructive spinal surgeries after spending a year in hospital, nursing home and assisted living. I've an appointment with my surgeon on 04/03/23 to hopefully be released to go home, a two-story house and I'm not cleared on stairs yet. A FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE, PAULA, HAS HARRASSED ME MY ENTIRE STAY, WANTING ME TO CHANGE ROOMS FOR NO APPARENT REASON. DEMANDING THAT I SPEAK ONLY TO HER AND SHE HAS RAISED MY ROOM RATES TWICE DURING MY STAY. I'VE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER OR THE OWNER AND SHE TELLS ME THAT SHE IS THE MANAGER AND THE OWNER. ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES TREAT ME WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS JUST AS I DO WITH ALL, EVEN PAULA. **I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS MATTER!!! 615-714-2016. THANK YOU 😊
