Excellent location with exceptional staff members!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Everything is very clean! The rooms are beautiful!

The only negative thing I have to say is the bed was very firm. This is subjective of course and would not change my decision to stay again.

I was unable to shower due to the fact, there was no shower curtain and the bathtub did not drain

There was no shower curtain in the room and the tub did not drain. I spoke with the front in on the way out and was told there was no management available to discuss the situation. I’ve called four times before I finally reach the manager who informed me I should have had housekeeping come up and try to assist.

All in all, everything worked out but we didnt go to the night ghost tour

We had 2 nights here...The room was very comfortable. The location was on the outskirts of Gettysburg, but there was so many places to go all around..We had 2 queen beds. It was a quiet room.

Two things bothered me...Upon walking in the front door on Mon afternoon, there was a sign on the door that said The water would be shut off Tues at 10:30 am....The front desk clerk charged me for 4 nights not two...BC I booked with Booking.com, she said she couldn't fix it...She definitely had an attitude. I showed her my emails that I was booked for 2 nights, and not 4...She even tried to give me a paper to sign for 4 nights. I asked to speak to a manager who corrected it...When I came home the 4 nights were charged...The other thing she didnt think the No water the next was a problem, she told me just to get up early and shower and then go out for the day...I thought she had some nerve...We were planning on doing a late evening ghost tour the evening before...And I had no clue what time I would get up to take my shower...

The staff, especially Bob and Brian, were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

There was an issue with the WiFi for the better part of a day (not the staff's fault by any means) that was a slight issue.
