Nice facility, friendly staff, hard to find.

The facility was just fine and we enjoyed our room. Only 2 things come to mind about the hotel. It was a little difficult to find as we went down to the end of the lane. In addition, nowhere on the outside of the building did we see a name. Only saw Spark on the wall when we entered the lobby. And, there is an ad claiming free parking, however we were charged $10.

Hilton stay

I mean, overall, the people were nice. Also very convenient for a place to lay your head in a moments notice.

Well, unfortunately , during our stay, they had to do "light maintenance." The water heater was out, and they said they would have it fixed in approximately an hour. Well, the day had passed, and we went to take a shower and, unfortunately, cold water. I called the front desk to ask how long it would take. The frontdesk claimed one hour again. This was within a four hour margin. To make a long story short, the hot water was never available for the entirety of our stay. I appreciate the front deskman matt for being honest about the issue , but him constantly being either unaware or just flat out lying to everyone (because I was not the only person he told this information to.) periodically kinda put sour taste in both me and my wife and mouths.

Great place to be at when you’re out of town

Everybody was so friendly. It was so comfortable. I love the beds and the bathroom the shower was so hot.

Weekend getaway to HHI

Location was great. Close to Coligany Beach and main area.

Kind of run down looking outside. Parking situation could be an issue if you arrive later in the evening.

Pas de choix même de pain pour se faire des rôties. Seulement des bagels et des muffins. Pas de micro-ondes, ni de cafetières dans les chambres.

A good place for a beach vacation.

The location is close to the beach. Just walk behind the tennis courts and directly across the street is a neighborhood pedestrian path that leads directly to the beach. The walk takes about 7 minutes. Housekeeping was excellent, and also the facility’s on site staff did a great job.

The bathroom vent is somewhat noisy and runs continuously until late in the evening and then stops. There is no control in the bathroom for this fan. It’s a minor annoyance but not enough to prevent me from staying there again.

did not like being on 2nd floor, but understand 1st was booked, did not like paying for parking. also, do not like the charge for the room being on hold, then charged at checkout, causes a temporary double charge on my bank account

Since it was close to the beach it would be nice to have a small broom and dust pan to use while you’re there to sweep up sand.

Very disappointed.

Breakfast was ok. Location was too far from the beach. The lobby in the photo on booking looks nothing like the nasty lobby at the hotel. Torn up white sofa and dirty. I am disappointed with booking.com. We were mislead!

DUMP! RUDE STAFF! NASTY ROOMS! SKETCHY LOCATION! COLD BREAKFAST! CHARGED FOR PARKING!

NOTHING!

Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE! Room was NOT CLEAN - had to call Best Western Customer Service line because housekeeping failed to clean our room. Hotel staff LIED and said we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door - we did NOT! Breakfast was COLD, even the coffee was COLD! Kitchen had NO pots/pan/plates/silverware. It was a MOTEL - poorly renovated and location was HORRIBLE, very sketchy area! Beach was NOT CLOSE to the MOTEL! Charged $10.00 per night for parking and the parking lot wasn't even paved in areas! The pool was SMALL and DIRTY - only minimal seating! The entire place was just NASTY!!!! We will NEVER stay in there again! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

Clean rooms and great location

Clean room, great location. The beds were comfortable.

The breakfast had a lot of options, but some of the food was cold, like the eggs and sausage gravy.

Exceptional

I like the fact that I had a balcony overlooking the pool and tennis court. I didn’t realize it had a balcony and was very happy when I saw that it did.

The ac in the room was not getting cold enough. We had it down to 65 and still was not too cold. But we lived !

Shower for was slippery, no grab bar in shower, little bugs in room, room floor was gritty and dirty stuck to feet, could not get GFI in bathroom to reset, no breath fan to take stream or from shower. Room was high humidity.

Took my money.

Even though I was involved in a not at fault car accident, the hotel would not make an exception to their non flexible policy to provide a refund for my reservation. They didn't have the courtesy to respond to my inquiry.

Good enough for one night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, short ways to the beaches and shopping areas, but still quiet in the night.

Some furniture shows big signs of extensive usage, maintenance and repair has work to do. The breakfast is very low quality and the space is too tight.

I would not stay here.

I did not stay here due to circumstances at check in. I found other accommodations.

For starters - Location is far off main road and out of the way. Not too many people staying here. Tried to check in early- was told computers were down which was no problem, left my number when things were ready for check in. We went driving to look around. We'd never stayed in Hilton Head. Got a call that computers were back up and she could check us in - but on the phone call she was unsure if our room was clean and probably should check it. Given the out of the way location (two females traveling together) and the employee not being reassuring about the cleanliness of our room - we opted to call around and find better accommodations. I was still charged 150$ for cancelling in the end for cancelling.

Could been a great stay if the staff had been less rude and it was maintained more.

Location was excellent as we had just finished at the Salty Dog Cafe upon arrival and it was nearby.

Toilet did not work properly upon arrival. Called front desk from a sticky phone. They said they would call back. They didn’t. Went downstairs with all of our luggage. Had to wait for staff to come back to the counter. Staff proceeded to ask me if I wanted a plunger for the toilet…. 😳 Ummm no, I didn’t back it up, it didn’t work when we arrived! Finally got switched to another room where several of the plugs and lights didn’t work. We just gave up and went to bed since we were only staying one night.
