Decent stay for 1 night

Good location Breakfast was good, even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles.

Very noisy air conditioner in the room. Poor sound isolation with the adjacent room. No elevator, so we had to carry our big luggage on the stairs.

The hotel was ok and not far from the warf but was pretty far from the aquarium - you needed to drive to get to both locations. The beds were awful, but the hotel itself was decent and worked well for our family. The pool was heated, and the hot tub was ok. Breakfast was good, but the area to eat was small. Overall, it worked for us and didn't break the bank.

It was a good stay.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool was clean and surrounding was nice with lounges.

The room was a two bedroom, perfect for my family size, the best part was the breakfast! The lady there was so cheerful that made the entire hotel breakfast. It was homemade and you get the entire hot breakfast unlike any other hotel. The waffles were amazing ! The entire staff was super family oriented and down to earth and I had a long conversation with the manager at the end checking out and she was the sweetest! Great vibes great hotel and comfy beds and pillows. Great view from top floor. I will definitely be back

Really inviting!

Breakfast was first rate! My two grandsons couldn’t get enough of the waffle maker! The housekeeping staff really kept the room neat and tidy!

worst ever stay in the last 15 years. ignorant staff made it worst.

the behavior of the manager of the front desk, lack of facilities, staff were ignorant and not friendly, customer service awful. I will never stay at best western facilities based on the worst ever experience I had. I believe the problem originated from the management of the Best Western as they do not take responsibility for the bad experience of guests, I think they have a lot of customers now which has made them ignorant.

Nice breakfast. Easy check in and friendly staff.

Bathroom needed a lot of work. Bathtub drain was broken, sink had a leak that flooded without the assistance of a towel, no bathroom vent, so the steam turned into puddles at the window sill, floor and other surfaces. Took all night to dry.

Great location, better breakfast!

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and with excellent service. The breakfast was so good! I loved the coffee and the wide selection of foods. The breakfast was also kept well stocked, and was cleaned and refilled very often. The location was great, just a short drive to Fisherman's Wharf. This is my go-to hotel for all Monterey visits, and will be the first place I recommend when asked where to stay!

It's more like a motel

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good.

The room is dated, and the door lock was broken. That made us feel unsafe, and we slept with the luggage against the door...
