The hotel is not worth the price and is not recommended. There are more options at $149.

Basically no.

No shampoo or conditioner, just soap and lotion. Not even a toothbrush or toothpaste. No water. There's no use in a coffee machine without drinking water. Breakfast was simple—not even bananas.

Never Again.

The restaurant food was good and the kids enjoyed the arcade

We were discouraged to have been put into the motel section, thinking that we would be in the main facility/access within the building to bring our children to the pool and arcade. We tried to make the best of it, but it was a hassle. There was no sleep for any of us because of all the noise (neighbors beside and above us, traffic in the parkinglot...you hear everything). The smell of cigarettes and weed was overwhelming from our neighbors who had chairs and a cooler set up outside their door. We placed a complaint which actually made things worse and incredibly uncomfortable (they knew it was us that complained and were cussing us out while we sat in our room with our children...it was very uncomfortable for all of us. Our kids were nervous to leave the room for breakfast this morning.) This was our getaway for March break, and this stay was exhausting and a letdown. The gym. Most of the equipment doesn't work. There was nothing there to clean the equipment after you use it. It was pretty disappointing.

Never again

Property , and rooms was clean and comfortable

We stayed here for work, wifi was terrible was even able to get a email sent or recieve thats how bad the wifi was. Never again we will stay here again , especially when we are on business travel and need the use of email etc.

Comfortable and ok for what we needed

Good location

Parking was very tight. Had a hard time getting out of the parking space. The layout of the hotel is hard to find your way around, had to go to the lobby and switch elevators to get to our room.

In general, it just wasn’t worth the money we spent.

I think that the breakfast was the only thing worth the money.

First of all, the rooms weren’t worth the money at all. For one night per room, we had to spend nearly $500. As well as that, the room was off to the side building and we had to walk out of a door that went outside in the rain to the main building just to eat some breakfast. The room was in fairly poor quality and small, very disappointing. It was very humid, even if we opened the AC at full blast.

A great value

Location, and the restaurant was great.

This hotel has two washers and two dryers, which are workhorses. A couple more machines would be helpful, plus a machine that sells large plastic laundry bags. And how about a table to fold the laundry? Thank you for asking.

Great Stay

Fantastic view of chocolate lake... the restaurant food was amazing, and the breakfasts were satisfying and varied day to day. Great facilities, great location, friendly staff.... 10 / 10

The upper level parking was tight, but lower level had no issues.

The parking lot was a nightmare there front is full of holes and broken peices of pavement there is not much for handicap spaces and if there is it not accessible also there parking lot on the side is a nightmare it to small and you have everyone hanging out and smoking by the doors there was dead Mouses by the door to exit to parking lot there was cigarette butts in the building in the floor the room we stayed in smelt like someone was smoking in prior it was gross the elevator was not working properly so having someone wrong with ur knees and having to walk up flights of stairs also the woman at front desk the night of my arrival was very rude and cranky was not pleasant at all she made us feel we were not appreciated nor welcomed

Excellent dog staying experience

Loved that I could bring my dog. He's so small, and does bark so I was nervous, but being Ina hotel with the kids hockey tournaments going on, made him bark a bit more but no one complained, it's like it worked out perfectly !

stay itself was great, beds were comfy, room was clean, the pool was cold, unsure if it is supposed to be heated or not

I didn’t like that online it said it was a $50 security deposit and when I got there I was charged $200. When others were not charged a deposit fee at all.

Awesome

Location was fantastic, breakfast was amazing with lots of seating room and the staff were super friendly

Unfortunately one of our pillow cases had quite a few noticable orange and red stains on it so we just set that pillow aside

pet friendly staff were pleasant and rooms were clean

that the website said the restaurant was open Monday and Tuesday and it was closed causing us to go elsewhere to eat.
