The location was good for what we needed. The bed was actually not bad. The office staff were very friendly. Happy to have parking.
The facility is OLD! The corners in the bathroom were rotted out or something. Gross! And this was for an "upgraded room" we were offered upon check-in. The temperature was hard to regulate in the room. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare, not spectacular but worked in a pinch.

The morning and evening staff were very nice. The morning front office let us check in at 10:30am since the room was clean and vacant, we were very grateful for that.
I paid for an Ocean view for my best friends birthday and all you hear is cars and an occasional train. You can’t walk to the beach due to a fence up for the train tacks, it’s a long walk to a bridge you have to climb stairs up and down to get to the beach( there are a lot of stairs).
The staff is very nice and the room was clean. The bathroom seemed kind of hazardous with a water damaged ceiling and a very questionable dusty vent. If the hotel was actually walkable to the beach it wouldn’t be bad.

The location is fantastic! Breakfast was also good.
The room was nice. One bed was comfortable, but the mattress on the 2nd bed was extremely uncomfortable—the mattress had a deep dip in the middle. I appreciated that the sink was outside the area with the shower & toilet; however, the room with the toilet & shower was TINY—the door & floor space was only 2 feet wide. There was no place to put anything down except on the toilet & no hooks for towels. Because the space was so small, there was not enough room to dry off & dress—something to consider depending on who you are traveling with….

The hotel is located just across from the ocean, it is very well kept and the room we had was wonderful, clean, a very comfortable bed and we had the best sleep since we are on the road in 10 days. The lady at the check in was very friendly and helped us to park our Jeep with a roof rack on top in the garage. We had a nice breakfast and after returning to our room the key did not work anymore. The housekeeping lady noticed this and tried to help us, she called the lady from the check in and she was here to help within a minute. Wonderful staff, could not be any better.

The view was decent. The patio and main bedroom area was roomy. Staff was pleasant.
Bathroom was so tiny and uncomfortable. You could barely turn around. Internet was spotty, so if it's something you need, don't count on it.

AMAZING TEAM!
Property has new owners from last time I stayed & they are committed to excellence. The New owners & staff are friendly, gracious, & accommodating. They truly listen to your requests & they are in the midst of a complete remodel. The room updates are perfect! The location is great! What's not to love!

The staff was amazing, they were professional, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was prepped for our arrival. The room was spacious and beautiful. The front desk staff greeted us with our first names. There were many offerings for hot and cold breakfast and it was delicious. The coffee was exceptional. The location very convenient. The price reasonable. We will be back!

Clean, most rooms are newly remodeled and the rest will be within a few months. We booked a room with an ocean view, and we were offered either a newly remodeled room on the ground floor or a yet to be remodeled room upstairs. I liked the view better upstairs (yet to be remodeled) and the room was still very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view was great and the hospitality has been excellent.

The property was very clean. The room was spacious with a view of the ocean. The deck area provided chairs and loungers to be able to sit and take in the fresh air and ocean views! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Picked B. W. because we have points. Picked location because it was close to where we were meeting friends.
Got 2 queen beds. One frame was broken right down the middle. This caused her in be sunk in the middle of the bed. Sort of like a cradle. Had a very hard time getting out. Bathroom small, had toilet paper sitting on back of toilet. Shower needed some care. Mold around bottom floor. Price $311.00 for a Thursday night with a broken bed.

large room with high vaulted ceiling, great ocean view from our balcony, the furniture was nice and plenty of “table top” surfaces. The closet was fine.Easy underground parking (included in price) very clean, good blackout curtains. The Kitchenette was spacious and topped with pretty, black granite.
The bed was HORRIBLE!!! very old weak mattress, too soft and impossible to sit up comfortably in bed as there were no firm pillows to put against the wall. We could barely sleep the entire time! One of the owners was a heavy cigarette smoker and we were engulfed in smoke several times, even when we first arrived. (It’s a non smoking city and hotel) I was suffocated with it inside the elevator! The ice machine was out of order, we put the housekeeping request sign on our door at 6am, then at 3pm, after a big day out, tired and ready to lay down to rest a bit, but returned to an uncleaned room. we had even asked the owner to please make sure our room was cleaned. we enjoyed many things about our trip but will never stay at that property again. Completely not worth the $300/night
