Comfortable beds were a plus!

Breakfast had good selection for carnivores and a couple of items for vegetarians. Coffee machine was impressive, but uses cow milk.

Plant milk and fruit selections would help vegetarians/vegans eat a full breakfast.

We will never stay in this Best Western again.

Location was good. Hard to get into because of construction. Also hard to get into because you could only access from the west. Breakfast was cold more often than hot. One morning the only thing left was dry cereal.

There were not washcloths. We had to go to Target to get them. The front desk clerk did not pick up the phone. It was difficult to find someone at the front counter in the evening. The restaurant kept us waiting for food for over 45 minutes the first night we got there. They were training a new cook and he could only work on one dish at a time. Cold food. Hamburgers that were med rare. We asked for well. We were afraid to send food back because we didn't know how long the cook would take the second time. Housekeeping was in our room the night before we left to empty trash and give us clean sheets and towels.

Front desk and breakfast staff very friendly

Old. Curtains old and dirty looking. Carpet old. Damp cold feeling in the whole room. I realize it was a pet friendly room but I am sure nothing had been updated at all since being built. Also didn’t feel really safe due to security locks being old and area was behind main hotel and felt secluded.

The Bed.

The food was cold and the tub was dirty and the hallway stunk and we had some change and they took it And the vending machine did not work But when my husband told them about the change they said that was not their problem and there was nothing they could do about it. It would I've been all right if it would have been just a little bit of change but it was quite a bit. But the beds were very comfortable. The freezer was really dirty it had black stuff all over in it it was basically disgusting I will never stay there again I've never heard of cold food I used to clean for Best Western in Sidney Nebraska and we never left the bathroom tub that dirty.

Superb

We always enjoy our stay! They offer a full breakfast too? They also have a new toy: an espresso machine at the main entrance!

Pillows could use an upgrade but everything was great!

all and all a nice stay, warm and cozy, will stay again.

the breakfast was very good, clean floors and roomy sitting area. breakfast staff very nice and kept foods filled and fresh. liked having the fruit bowl mixture. entrance sitting area was warm and inviting. parking was cleared off from snow storm. space heater provided with a wall heater not working well. tv signal off but fixed by staff. maintenance guys were very helpful to accomadate issues.

i would say that the beds were not as comfortable as I would want them to be. bouncy, noisy and felt like springs inside causing pressure points on body. bathroom floor under vanity etc not very clean.

We attended a conference nearby. it was really nice to be able to regroup after a busy day.

The price, easy check-in and check-out. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. It was fresh and quite delicious. 4 minutes from the hospital which is why we were in the area-so that was really convenient

Nothing to complain about except there was food crumbs, chunks in the windowsill. That was kind of gross and made me think they don't thoroughly clean the room. Beyond that tho, nothing stuck out that it wasn't clean

Overall great place to stay.

Location was just what I was looking for. Breakfast was great. The bed was amazing. And great shower pressure.

I was put in the older part of the hotel, so the room was older looking and had a dog smell to it.

Don't let them try and put you in an exterior access room!

Can't believe this place is in the BW system. We didn't even stay because the room was so nasty! Shame on all involved with this property that you allow a room to be in that condition.

Very good breakfast next to I-25.

Very good breakfast with hot options, good choice of cereal, and mixed fruit. the room was spacious with good toiletries and a comfortable bed.

The oatmeal was watery. There was a floor panel near the window that was pulled out from the wall.

If I were in the area again, I would stay there.

Employees were excellent, so helpful, the breakfast good!

It was odd to use that the doors around the building were keyless entry. Other hotels we have encountered, you had to use your room key to enter... It was a perfect location for Estes, etc
