Muito bom. Me hospedaria novamente.

Funcionários simpáticos e gentis. Café da manhã bom (variado e saboroso). Quarto silencioso. Boa localização. Me hospedaria aqui novamente (mas espero que melhorem a temperatura da água para banho / aquecimento central)

O chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente. Na última diária, a água estava tão fria que nem pudemos tomar banho. Não reclamei pois já eram 11pm, porém há outras avaliações nesta plataforma comentando sobre o mesmo problema. Espero que melhorem isso, pois, tirando este problema, o hotel é muito bom.

Great midrange Hotel with amazing value

Exceptional place to stay in Panama City. We were given a very spacious king suite. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were enough options to satisfy us. The location was great, it took us about 5 minutes to get to the main street with all the restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool is a nice addition of course. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

La ubicación del lugar es muy cercana a varios puntos de interés. La atención del personal excelente. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y completas. Tiene una hermosa vista de Panamá.

El wifi no era bueno. Definitivamente es un punto para mejorar.

- the location - the rooftop pool (although it was a bit small), and the fact that there was a restaurant/bar at the pool too - good variety of breakfast selection - the room was spacious and very clean - we had a big terrace with our room but we didn't enjoy it - the staff were really nice and let us use the common facilities even after we checked out (we had a flight at 5pm)

Don’t book your stay were, they’ll put you in another hotel of lower quality

I can’t tell. I’ve chosen this hotel because of the pool and checkout being at 13h. When I arrived I was told there was a problem in the hotel and they could not accommodate us there and offered to host us in another hotel of the same category nearby which we accepted since they said the transportation was ready and the checkout would be at 13h as well.

It took one hour from the time we arrived to best western until they managed to transport us to the other hotel. Although the new hotel, Victoria hotel, was nothing like the best western. The swimming pool is far from being any good, the room is big but a little tired. So in the end we were downgraded without any kind of compensation in a situation that I believe was caused by overbooking
