The staff was amazing the hotel itself was unpleasant

The staff was incredibly in spite of the issues with the room and the obvious flooding in the halls

It was not as close the the location I needed to be as it indicated Telling me it was less then 3000 get from the Glendora village was a LIE The room was dusty smelled like smoke and the jacuzzi tub I pays extra for Did not work until they finally fixed it on my last night

Comfortable bed, Quiet Nice staff

Ice machine broke, sign said you need to use the one on the 1st floor. And the fridge didn't work. Because we only really slept there and were in and out alot it was ok.

Excellent staff, great location, very clean and comfortable

Change 1 item of breakfast menu everyday. Just simple menu. I.E today = fried egg & tomorrow boil eg

We have stayed here two times now. We love it!

Excellent breakfast! Large spacious room!

There was noise/loud voices coming from downstairs lobby echoing up to our room which was near the 2nd floor elevator. It woke us up in the evening and in the early morning.

Not one of our favorite Best Western stays

Location was good for our needs. Air conditioner worked well to keep our room cool since it was a hot day.

Pillows were small and lumpy. There was no safe. There were no USB ports to plug in our phones to charge. The "please do not disturb" sign was missing. The receptionist (when we checked in) did not seem knowledgable when we asked questions and it took us 30 minutes to check in. We had pre-booked through an online site so he wasn't sure how to handle our reservation even though I had a reservation number and confirmation paper. The people next door were talking loudly at midnight and we could hear their conversation through the wall.
