Highly recommended.

Front desk guy needs math lessons

Breakfast was good

Front desk guy charged us the wrong amount and after we left he actually put through add'l charges on my credit card. Pool was very chilly. Hot Tub needs better jets.

It was a great location, with friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was central to many locations and very walkable, and the hot tub and pool were very calm, you couldn’t hear any traffic or music from there.

Very nice facility with good breakfast. Nearby dance club noise can be an issue.

Everything was great with one exception - the rumble from all the dance clubs one block over. If that’s your thing, you’ll love it. Location was great for exploring sites.

Great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning fan set on high speed blows straight at beds and was uncomfortable. Helpful staff tried to adjust vents and made somewhat better.

Above and beyond usual motel service and food.

The breakfast set up was unique and very good. A woman prepared our meal to order from choices provided. Very fresh and much better than normal continental breakfasts at hotels. Night staff were very accommodating and kind.

A gem of a hotel in Scottsdale that will exceed your expectations!

We loved our room with the spa bath and balcony. The room was so cozy, clean and private. The breakfast was delicious and had so many options. The staff, especially the front desk, was so friendly and accommodating.

That we didn’t stay longer! We will definitely be back.

The layout of the hotel and the potentional to deliver a good experience is there but it just didnt hit the mark.

I did not find a lot to like except the breakfast staff were very helpful.

Our bathroom shower drain was full of long hair. The hotel took pending payments off both my mine and my husbands credit cards. Staff seemed to find it difficult to correct.

The room was immaculate and very clean. Very quiet.

There were a lot of conferences in the area and the price was a bit higher than expected. I did not realize I had booked a large suite.

Disappointing

The breakfast was excellent as was the location. The staff were friendly and competent.

The bathroom situation is terrible. The sink is not inside the space containing the shower and toilet and thus one must wash hands outside the bathroom, waking the other person sleeping. Also, the door to the toilet/shower is slotted (i.e. not solid) so there is absolutely no privacy and again, noise at night wakes other occupants. Also, it is extremely noisy due to the location of the property and the loud nightclubs across the street.

hotel was in a really good location , included breakfast was great, nice pool and lobby.

rooms were outdated, but the main problem was the bathroom door has slats in it…… provided ZERO privacy or noise cancelling. why that would be the door choice I don’t understand. awkward. the shower also soaked the whole bathroom floor no matter how careful we were. the location is directly across from all the bars, so it was noisey (ear plugs helped).

This property is an exceptional hotel to stay at.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfort, the breakfast was very good, and the front desk service, as well as housekeeping , and the ladies that serve the breakfast was excellent, definitely stay at Best Western Plus Sundial again.

Awful! The worst.

I didn’t sleep a wink, between the traffic, all night parties and construction at 6am I really don’t know what was the worst! I call it the horror hotel. Imagine a cinder block room, on the road, with a window looking into a tiny alley way and a bathtub next to your bed! Creepy! Front desk was indifferent and could care less about my situation. I was in for Mother’s funeral and it was just horrific!! Hotel of Horrors!
