Great stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a great variety and good quality. Indoor pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Convenient location for the drive to Yosemite.

No cutlery or crockery in the room. Not a big deal but just to be noted. Also no boiling water at breakfast to make a tea. Just got coffee on tap. Had to use the microwave to heat water for tea.

Really enjoyable

Lovely big room and bathroom. Best outdoor pool and jacuzzi with long opening hours. Great choice for breakfast. Several restaurants close by. Good location for visiting Yosemite. Lots of parking. Reception area very welcoming feel

Wonderful stay and a great value

Very spacious rooms. Ours had a super comfortable kitchen and a very large bathroom. Free and lots of parking. Super good staff attention. There’s also a typically North American restaurant within the property which is excellent if you are tired after visiting the park. The breakfast could be a bit better maybe just adding some cheeses and croisssants but it’s a small detail compared to the overall value equation.

Lovely Best Western

Gorgeous looking hotel, convenient location. Our room had 2 windows on both sides of the room, the sunrise was beautiful. Comfortable and clean rooms, clean bathroom, TV. The staff at the reception was friendly and efficient. They also have a restaurant on their property that you can dine in and have morning breakfast. The breakfast was very good! One con for us was the pillows - too firm and too high to our taste. Other than that it’s a nice hotel.

I will be staying elsewhere

Clean for the age. A little concerning all the doors contained a card entrance and 3 dead bolts.

Clean but surface level. My curtains were stained and with the air conditioner blowing them over my bed grossed me out a bit. There were 2 air conditioners in my room which was nice but one sounded like a train so we could not use it. Went to the pool and there was a family there with adults smoking which bothered me but I noticed they also brought drinks and a rotisserie chicken so they were making a day of it. Come to find out, the next morning, one of the members of that family was cleaning my room. Didn’t like that staff gets to utilize guest amenities. Free breakfast was good at the restaurant. Went there for dinner and the waitress spilled her tray of drinks all over me. It was an accident and I wasn’t mad but it was embarrassing and I had to go to my room to change as I had 2 sodas running down my front and back. I got the bill… not a single thing comped. Very disappointing but I had to leave a tip because the staff clearly gets to use guests amenities and I didn’t want to run into the waitress again. Thankfully I had 3 deadbolts on my door.

Good solution when going to Yosemite - beware: it's one hour of rough drive coming back at night.

On site breakfast and dinner are good. Large beds with good mattresses and linen. Large rooms with kitchen. Plenty of restaurants and other services in Oakhurst.

Our room was outdated - needs to be refurbished and to be better maintained. The pillows are way too big - I couldn't sleep the whole night. Some customers prefer thin pillows... A bit pricey.

Very good

The location, the room was comfy and clean, the front desk clerk asked for my preference in room location so we ended up with a room very close to the hottub!

The coffee was horrible, both in the room and at breakfast.

Love the outside surroundings, almost like a Lodge in the woods

I really did like all the separate buildings going up the hill the environment was beautiful

I thought it was a little pricey, unfortunately I was unable to try out the breakfast to know if it was worth it due to how to catch a bus at 4 AM for a half marathon in an early flight, so I never got to try breakfast

The bonus was the warm indoor pool my kids loved. Hot breakfast was good. Staff was helpful switching us rooms when our AC stopped working. Good location about 8 mins from Bass Lake.

Breakfast was very good. Staff went out of their way to provide good service.

Menu in restaurant is mainly on their web page. Annoying to have to configure phone for wifi and scan the qr code. Scroll through menu sections on small phone screen to get to entrees is annoying. Paper menu is available, but doesn't have all choices on it. Perhaps have menu on a large screen near the front so multiple items can be seen at once.

Great facilities and great breakfast

The breakfast was great. It had plenty to choose from. The burrito guy was energetic and made us laugh. He sure seemed like he enjoyed making the breakfast burritos. The indoor pool was nice and warm.

The beds were kinda hard.

we stay several times a year to visit family in the area and the facility has always met our expectations

I like the clean rooms and all the trees on the property. We travel with dogs an like the ability to bring them with us when we stay at this facility

would like to see the quality of the breakfast improve. The scrambled eggs were cold and watery.
