The heated pool and breakfast options were fantastic. We were able to enjoy the pool after arriving at 9:30pm because the pool is open 24 hours! A huge plus was how warm it was.

Frayed carpet in room and unable to turn off balcony light causing the room to not be as dark at night as preferred.

Fridge was missing a leg and we had to put something under one corner to b able to use it. Breakfast was sparse.

it took a while for the front desk clerk to help us. we could not find him. i finally had to call the number of the hotel to get him to come out and help us.

The room was very clean and spacious, the pool is heated so swimming was nice, and the breakfast was very good.

The pool and gum was open 24/7. Also like the fact bfkst 7-10.

There was an odd smell, there wasn't very much of a bfkst choice. The fire put wasn't on.

I liked the location, it wasn’t in the middle of everything and was a good place to wind down. We have stayed here before and the condition of the room was as good as before!

When we got to our room, our room door was open. We had to get someone from the front desk to go through it and check to make sure it was safe. there was also an odd cord by the tv that said “rec” on it but wasn’t plugged up. overall we just got an odd feeling.

Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean and we loved having balconies!

There really wasn't anything bad to say except trying to get into the parking lot during rush traffic lol

Price was affordable compared to other hotels within 10 mile radius.

No soundproof, loud guests yelling in the hallways inconsiderate of other guests. Barely slept and had an early flight.

the shower curtains need to be better and the shower rods. when taking a shower the curtain would not stay up to block water in. also the breakfast needs to be kept up more.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and modern.

I liked it was off the beaten path and had an indoor pool.

The shower had obviously not been disinfected between visitors because there was both scalp hair and pubic hair in there. I unfolded a clean towel and an old baby wipe fell out, I guess it made it to laundry and got folded up into a towel. The curtains did not completely cover the window, leaving a gap of light to come in from street lights or sunlight. Pillows not good quality. Breakfast stops too early, 9:30am.
