Pleasant

Great swimming pool and spa areas, arcade area, convenient location. Very clean Very friendly staff

Noisy room which window was giving on the indoor swimming pool area (swimming pool activities start at 6:30am... and voices echo so much), very dark room, no natural light. Small and dark bathroom. Restaurant was pleasant with nice menu, but twice in a row, they billed us too much and we had to challenge both bills.

I would come back. Its a great little hotel centrally located and affordable for long periods.

The restaurant was fantastic and the front desk staff were great

Our cleaning lady only came once over the week, even when we asked for her to come by after a certain time (as i was on a video call until 9). Beds hurt my back as well.

Good

Bed was very comfortable. Room was always made up very well. Breakfast and dining area was very good. We didn't use outdoor pool but it appeared to be decent. Staff nice.

Dated. Need of some updating, which seems to be coming.

Location was good

Dirty rooms, ours smelled musty. A/C made noises and didn’t work that great. Room looked like it had previous leaks as walls were buckled in some areas. Bathroom was very tight and vanity was low to ground. Booked a room with 2 queens and got a room with 1 king, so our daughter had to sleep on a cot, as when I called the front desk they said all rooms were booked. I felt I should have been compensated for their mistake and I was not, since my booking was clearly for 2 queens.

Pool,bed and pillows,so comfy. Balcony Close to great restaurants and the Qew.

Price only because I only needed a room for sleeping for a was only there for my mothers passing.Cost me over 400.

The breakfast was lacking in the fruit department and a little more variety would be nice. Cutlery and bowls were not restocked as needed

This is our fourth stay and always been content with the staff , facilities, cleanliness, rooms are comfortable and breakfast always delicious.

Staff are the mainstay of this hotel everyone was polite & super friendly

Breakfast was okay cooked option was poor but plenty of choice with cereals, toast etc

I was checked at 2pm, and given a room next to Hotel laundry room. I asked if any better room. It was only early afternoon and well before regular check in time at 4pm. Nina gave me a flat "no," and told me hotel was fully booked on that Monday night. At 10:30pm, we were disturbed by dryers rumbling noise next door. I had to call reception . At breakfast time, it didn't seem many guests. Parking lot waa not even half full. I will never go back to that hotel!

It's a place we would return to stay I St. Catherine's

It was great that everything was on site. Food was exceptional. Staff was very friendly. Nice and clean.

We had a patiodoor which was nice but it could have had a screen.

Confortable stay with some fun anemities

Good location just off highway. Lots of parking and multiple entrances to get you closer to your room. Really nice hot breakfast. Fun arcade room!

Our room could have used a deep clean but it wasn’t dirty per se. Just starting to show its age.

we saw under the bed at foot of bed had a lot of water damage and toilet was leaving brown water at the base

all good, room very nice and spacious, accessible bathroom and roll in shower very useful for disability access.

had to send the dog to relatives because additional charge was not acceptable for us

We really enjoyed the breakfast. My 4 year old loved the waffle maker and the cereal dispenser haha. Definitely the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! the pool and hot tub was very relaxing.

We lost an hour do to the time change so maybe an extra hour at check out would have been nice.

How close it was to the hockey rink. And that parking was right at the back door of our room

Should supply Robes for the pool area , updated gym equipment and to know why I get a charge to use the facility that I’m already paying to use

Disappointing

The price was right and the location was good. The check in and out was smooth.

The bed was very hard and the bed cover was paper thin for winter conditions no extra blanket in the closet. The water for the shower was very hard to manage. It would go from scolding hot to ice cold.

I liked that I was accommodated a pet friendly room room was clean had a problem with wifi and they came right away to help with it. Great location and friendly staff

The lock on the sliding door didn't work very well and the lock bar had a chunk out of it and so it was a little concerning being on the ground floor.
