Comfortable

The beds were comfortable. Very quiet atmosphere.

Directions to our room wasn't clear. Walking all over trying to find our room. No extra towels. Called front desk but they said it will be later when the towels will be delivered. Bathroom had no ventilation. TV turn on with black screen.

Run from this place!! It’s disgusting.

Nothing! It was horrible! I’ve never wanted to run out of a place in my entire life. I honestly think it shouldn’t even be listed here.

The staff was rude. The room we got didn’t have a working A/C and it was so humid that the windows were foggy. When we went to switch rooms instead of just giving us a room he had to make the comment “well that’s what happens when you want a room on the second floor.” I wasn’t the only one complaining another couples bathroom door was stuck and couldn’t open it. The new room had a HORRRRRRIBLE smell. I thought it was cause the A/C was off but no every time we’d go in it smelled horrible. We had little bugs in the corner of the room. The carpet all around the hotel was so dirty. In our room it was nasty you could see the dirty stains. I beg you not to stay in this place. I honestly don’t know how it’s still open.

Found LIVE roaches in the bed and didn't stay.

As soon as we checked in we found roaches crawling in the bed. We immediately checked out.

We didn’t end up staying because of how disgusting they were. We even got switched.

The man at the front desk was pleasant.

Absolutely nothing. The rooms were scary because of how dirty they were. Sheets had a gross stain on them. Trash under the beds and on the sides of the beds. We were able to be switched to a different room but that one was bad as well.

Very spacious and clean. Staff is super cool very accommodating. Safe environment for my children.

Es mi primera vez, que reservo en este hotel, Buena ubicacion Seguridad en estacionamiento, buen desayuno con horario buenas instalaciones (excepto el agua caliente no era constante.) hay restaurant Bar y servicio con horario.

La falta de agua caliente constante solicitamos que nos cambiaran de cuarto y no hubo respuesta. la falta de limpieza del cuarto y cambio de toallas y sabanass. ya que nos quedamos dos dias.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

It was clean

No coffee pot in the room no breakfast in the mornings. The pillows are huge, made my neck hurt. The toilet was super short. If you are tall or have bad knees, good luck.

Noisy and uncomfortable.

The lower floor was convenient with a padio door that lets smokers smoke outside

The walls were paper thin and my door was ajar not straight so there was a gap. The front desk gentlemen who checked me in was very very slow. It was a good thing there was no one else waiting. it took about 15 minutes or more to check me in. Needs better hot water heater. could only get it to warm/hot.

I would never recommend for anyone to stay there.

There was no breakfast provided

The room really stinks probably dirty carpet and I had to run the water for about 30 minutes before it got hot.

I paid for a handicap room with a living room and I got a standard room! No apologies or didn't get the room discounted

Totally disappointment.

Just convenient to the airport.

Rooms was smelling with full of bleach. Hallways smells really old carpet was smelly. 2 of the lamps wasn’t working in our room. The worst thing not hot water in room. Called the reception no one came on time and we had to leave to work. Took shower will ice cold water. Breakfast only runs for an hour. One of the bad experience.

Refund refund id never recommended them to anyone ever

The pool was groas and no a breakfast. Very unfriendly Staff. Rude and very quick to do as little as possible to resolve a situation . This sucks they couldn't locate my reserve.

We had to turn off the water to the toilet bowl after it was flushed due to its none stop running,

Other than the cleanliness I enjoyed the stay and I mean after checking in I did a swell cleaning in the room up to 2.5

The rooms were not up to par on cleanliness and they need to deep clean these rooms they are filthy

Would not recommend or stay there again.

Location easy and convenient.

Bathroom door didn't close. Room smelled. Extremely worn bedding/linens/towels w/holes in them. No icemaker on the 2nd floor, no liner in the ice bucket, no cups in room, no coffee in room. No elevator

It was nice, friendly and clean

Great location

Had to go to desk to request hair dryer. However, we understand why they are not left in the room as it used to be. They were friendly and sent one to our room promptly.

The are by the airport is always convenient for us

The restaurant was closed, the pool and jacuzzi were broken, the lady who attended us was rude and when asked for a Manger there wasn't one on sight. The rooms smelled wet and musty. When asked for a manager in the morning I was told there wasn't one then either. Will definitely not be going back! I feel like I was robbed I paid for amenities and everything was closed

Great place for a quick business trip.

it is a 4 minute drive from the airport, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

it needs refurbished. well taken care of (clean), but wearing out. The shower curtain had holes in it.
