Bien dormi et bon déjeuner , le café est bon .

La piscine , la chambre avec vue sur les montagnes et le lit très confortable .

Pas d'accès à une chambre pour handicapé . Heureusement je peux marcher mais avec difficulté.

Overall very good!

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, the coffee and tea station was great after a long trip!

No soap or any toiletries in the bathroom we had to go ask for soap

The location is perfect. The outside patio is a great resource, but it could have been better kept. Seemed like a wasted resource.

Staff were not accommodating or friendly. The outside trash barrels on grounds were not emptied the entire weekend and were overflowing from Friday on. The beds were hard and the room was musty. For the exorbitant price , I expected a lot better.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great location with views of the White Mountains. Close to the highway which made it easy to go out and explore Franconia and Littleton.

Very convenient to hiking, further to restaurants.

The hotel needs a bit of a paint job in certain areas. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was vry clean. Not close to restaurants so transportation is required.

Nightmare at the Western

The location was convenient for our stay.

Our room key stopped working, then upon finally getting in with a regular, we were told they had to move us to another room, which smelled horrible and made me want to puke. This was at 9:30 at Nighy and we were forced to find another hotel to stay at. Their lack of willingness to provide proper accommodations made it extremely inconvenient for us.

As soon as you get in through the doors there is a foul smell to the place. Smells of mold. The toilet bowl was dirty with something in it. The carpets were filthy especially the carpeting between the beds and night stands. A lot of dust in the room as if it hadn’t been dusted at all prior to check in. The beds were so hard resulting in spending the entire next day with a sore neck. You would think that giants rented the room above us, we were able to hear all of their footsteps at night and in the morning bright an early. Each time that they walked we were able to hear the floor creaking and loud thumps. The front desk clerk overcharged me and spoke no English so I could not resolve the issue. The next morning at check out, a different front desk staff told me that the hotel would reimburse me and send me an email and I’ve yet to see that happen.

got mold in my coffee from the automatic coffee maker downstairs in the lobby. When I told the host, she acted like it was nothing.

Very good

Location perfect for visiting Franconian Notch Park. In Franconian little to no restaurants, but in Littleton (nice scenic town), nearby, ample opportunities.

Room wasn't very clean on checking in, cleaning every other day (standard).

Great value, nice location and friendly staff.

The location to the activities we enjoy was close by. The room was tidy and neat. There was a small balcony with a view of the countryside. The hotel clerk gave us a pamphlet that listed all the pertinent information to make our stay more pleasant. Having washers and dryers at the location was very convenient.

Offering a regular or continental breakfast would have been nice.

The bed is the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The room was poorly cleaned. The “Mountain View” is a joke to upcharge for.

A lot of money for pee on the toilet seat

It was a great location and the window opens to get the mountain breeze

It was dirty. The carpet was stained and unvacuumed for many visits. The area around the room fridge was filthy. The chairs in the room were covered with crumbs and weird stains. There was pee on the toilet seat. The bedspreads were dirty.
