Solid, no frills hotel for exploring Delhi

Nice smallish hotel that feels like staying in a budget chain hotel in Europe. Room pretty clean and comfortable with a safe. Staff were nice, breakfast good and the complementary snacks/water/soft drink station on each floor came in really handy. Centrally located so easy to get to most tourist attractions and <5min rickshaw/uber to Connaught Place/Circle where we found many options to grab a drink and eat at night (no hotel restaurant).

Sound proofing in the rooms not great and cold air coming in through an air vent made it a bit cold.

Good budget hotel but location is not nice

The Hotel is clean and the free mini bar of seltzers/sodas/snacks is very nice to have. Also they keep a variety of room supplies there so you don't need to bother the front desk.

The location of the hotel is pretty awful. I had chosen it to be able to walk to some central sights and the metro, however the entire neighborhood is absolutely SWARMING with scammers. One even pretended to be the hotel's chef to start talking to us. Do not speak to anyone that starts a conversation with you on the street outside of the hotel. The breakfast food was also not very good, and we ended up going to hotels nearby for breakfast.

Comfortable, good location and great value for money

Surprisingly nice hotel for the price. Considering the location and that everything in New Delhi is quite expensive this hotel offers great value. Location is good, it’s relatively new, quite clean, decent breakfast and has nice touches such as free snacks on every floor. We booked a larger room, the suite, and the room is big enough and has a small desk and separate living room.

The room was clean but the bathroom was a bit old/tired in some places. We booked a larger room on purpose so we had a desk and could get some work done. But the WiFi was so bad that we couldn’t even load any websites. We ended up working from the lobby instead. After half a day of complaining with the reception they did something, probably reset the router on the 5th floor, and it worked. It worked but was still incredibly slow.

It’s fine for a short stay, and good location. But otherwise dont have too high expectations.

Good location

Rooms aren’t sound proofed so can hear noise very clearly from corridor and vise versa. Damp smelling bathroom. Extractor fan in bathroom that you can’t turn off, so when pollution levels are high the room smells smokey. Flat uncomfortable pillows. Very average breakfast.

Un hotel moderne bien placé et confortable. :D

La chambre était très propre. Le personnel toujours disponible (on peut les contacter à tout moment par messagerie instantanée via son téléphone mobile. Confortable et correspondant tout à fait aux photos. Ma femme et moi étions ravis. :)

Albergo Giovane e funzionale

L'albergo è molto giovane, pulito, ben ammobiliato. Il software per le richieste è una bella idea, abbiamo chiesto per telefono un phon o della carta igienica e hanno provveduto in pochi secondi. Molto comoda la possibilità di accedere agli snack e alle bibite gratuitamente presenti ad ogni piano.

Siamo stati bene, ma abbiamo speso abbastanza, dopotutto è comunque un albergo a tre stelle. Una sera dovevo cambiare dei soldi per il risciò e alla reception nessuno mi ha aiutato.

Hotel buono, molto pulito, un’aria moderna ed essenziale. Angolo relax con acqua e snack gratuiti.

Camere piccole ma molto pulite. Bagno pulitissimo, letto comodo.

Un po’ rumoroso perchè tutte le camere danno su uno spazio comune, e si sentivano gli altri, ma rispetto al caos di Delhi abbiamo riposato benissimo.

Great place for stopover and more

Hotel is great. Good location and design, room is clean and quiet(but not sure here, probably our neighbours were quiet). A/C is working ok, bed is comfortable. Free mini bar in the very cute common room. Room isn’t big, but it’s totally ok.

Not sure I can say something here. Oh! There no online information available about breakfast (staff told it’s available by qr code but there only main menu for room service). On the hotel website also no info regarding it. Only serving time, starting 7:30 am (which is good)

Localização excellent and fair price. Good relation cost vs benefit. They have a very convenient common living room in each floor with water, complimentary snacks and soft drinks.

The polite attitude of the staff and the ease of access and overall experience of the stay.

I was trying to contact the property, however regardless of the number of calls I made, no picked the call. And the AC was not cooling well enough.

can go for a repeat

The Whole Concept is Dynamic and seems to be working well. The quality of the food is good. All staff were nice and courteous. Anand was too good. One in Mumbai is a must

The T-shirts of the Staff were soggy. The bathroom space is too less. Some good cafe operation is a must.

Pleasant stay and great location

Excellent location and good service/information offered even by the tourist desk. Reception , too, was very helpful. Good quality breakfast.

Demotivated staff in the breakfast room ; no welcoming smile , poor attention to the customer and to the tables which were often without the necessary cutlery. On arrival , a lot of toiletry items were missing from the room and we had to contact room service who promptly made them available anyway.
