Very good

Very nice unit, right by the river with jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace.

Outside hot tub was out of order, and late check out request was denied despite having vacancy.

It was a beautiful location and the condo itself was very comfortable.

I wish there was a dishwasher! But that's just nice, not a necessity!

One of the best place to stay with family and kids, near Rocky Mountain National Park.

The area and the scenery are magnificent.

hot tub was being fixed. also jet tub was a great gesture until it never cut off for the rest of the trip. so there was loud humming coming from the bathroom for 2 days.

a nice relaxing stay in Estes park.

the unit was clean and well equipped

the furniture in the main room was dated and the couch was a bit uncomfortable. right outside the back deck was the stream (good) but so was the busy highway (bad).

Relaxing and enjoyable.

the cabins were nice and comfortable, kitchen very well equipped. great bed and pillows. perfect spot for relaxing, by the river, after a day of hiking and exploring the RMNP.

Internet does not work well (at least in cabin 10). If you need to be connected all the time you will not be relaxed. The light in the bathroom/shower is very weak, hard to see. No bed/cleaning service with the excuse of COVID which is not justifiable since the guests are outside for the whole day so there would be no contact.

We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Location Location Location of the room along the river close to the small water fall. Common areas were updated and nice. The outdoor jacuzzi was wonderful. Our large bathroom jacuzzi which we also used was awsome. We use our home small bathroom jacuzzi all the time so the jacuzzi amenities were a plus for us. Alot of updates were done to the room.

Although common areas, bathroom and flooring were updated, some of the furniture and kitchen cabinets were quite worn. I assume the improvements are in process.

Jackie was so kind and helpful. She gave me ideas for what to see at RMNP.

Location was beautiful; the room on the river was exceptional.

I loved the sound of the Fall River so, I would have liked the option of opening a window with a screen. As it was I left the door open.

Quiet and safe with a nice view

River is beautiful! Good location

Furniture, blinds, cabinets were tired and dirty. Outside the unit was not well landscaped at all.

Perfect location, roomy and fully equipped facilities, outside grill.

The property is lovely even if it’s a bit dated — everything is well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay.

The suite we booked was large and comfortable. There was a river running just in front and parking was just adjacent to the room. It’s like living in the middle of a garden.

The kitchen appeared to miss some small things — to be fair we never asked. Maybe they would have provided if we had. There are no clothes washing & dryer machines — that would have been nice and convenient.

We loved it!

Absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and comfortable! Great location. Can’t say enough good things! Will definitely be back!

The only thing that could have made it better would be an on-site washer/dryer.
