Perfect for a couple’s getaway!!

Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are great. We had a soaking jet tub in our room which was very nice. View of the lake is beautiful and staff is very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast!

We had an excellent 4 night stay! Hope to return again!

Loved our lakeview room, comfortable bed, yummy breakfast and the great location!

I have bad knees and have trouble with stairs, we were in the 3rd floor and had to go up and down those steps several times a day, if we would have known about the steps we would have requested a room that didn’t require stairs….

Enjoyed our time at this resort, would stay here again.

Great location, great amenities like the pool, hot tub, tasty breakfast, and waterfront with beautiful views!!Beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful

Not enough outlets to plug in coffee machine in the room without moving it around. Alarm clock in room has super bright light, had to stick it under the bed because we prefer darkness when we sleep.

Overall the view is great but pricy.

Location

Only one elevator not convenient if you’re in room number 23, 24 or 25 because we have to drag our bags to make a 8 or more steps down to get to our room . Not recommended for handicapped people or older people . The customer service desk by the pool area was not friendly like were bothering her because she was too with her phone .

Superb

Breakfast was included and better than the normal hotel breakfast that you get. :) The beach was wonderful and the restaurant deck to sit on at night by the fire was amazing. great location. We noticed they were building more deck outside which will be amazing.

weird stairs to get to the room. warm in the breakfast area. no waste basket except in the bathroom. NEED MORE WASTEBASKETS. :)

Absolutely loved the locatio. Last days the Hotel was open. So over night feed was very appreciated.

the view was exceptional. Breakfast was perfect. I really was so Blessed to have meet River, he was the one with all the answers. He found a staff member to help with our luggage.

How the Hotel has stairs on every floor. It is not very handicap assessable.

Good but needs improvement

The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Despite the thing I didn't like I would still stay here again because I loved the view.

The main reason I booked it was for the Hot Tub and it was broke down. The jacuzzi tub in the room was nice the water got really hot which was a nice replacement for the hot tub but the wall switches were faulty, the light was out above the tub, plus when we turned it on the first time black hair and fuzz came out out of the jets into the tub. The bed was ok but sits on a weird frame that makes it really high and not very stable. The gutters have bushes growing from them.

Not a great experience

great location, some lake facing rooms are very pretty too.

It wasn’t worth what we paid for it. It seemed that either a previous guest had forgotten a mobile phone somewhere in the bed, or the walls were so thin that the vibration from a neighbouring room was coming through. It went off really early in the morning and none of us could sleep after. We tried looking for the source of the vibration but couldn’t find anything. After that, the room provided alarm clock went off, even though we hadn’t set it to go off. Our sleep was ruined, and we just couldn’t go to bed after.

the room was ok but sink handle was hooked up wrong hot to right and cold to left. also bathtub felt like it eas going to fall thru the floor. left a puddle in the middle of tub after showering

Superb

The room was clean, comfortable and updated. Breakfast was good but it's the same breakfast that most mid-range hotels offer. The view from the balcony was amazing- right on the water! The 'Club' Bar and Grill's bartender and chef were both hired in the last 3 weeks. Wow, everything we ate that evening; whitefish dip, pulled pork sammy and for dessert- apple crisp, it was delicious. With great beer on tap and very friendly service, this place is sure to please.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was nonworking. It was a little crowded with two oversized (height) queen size beds; we were not able to enjoy the fireplace comfortably. The room was just a bit too small for the amount of furniture in it.

Overal, I loved my stay and will be returning.

On the 4th floor I was able to see over the "Dockside-Resturant/Bar" The Firplace was wonderful!!! Room decor bright, cheerful and had a very clean appearance. Staff (esp. the desk) were wonderful, and helpful. Excellent location to major highways, the ferry to Mackinac island, and to other restaurants.

There was 1 elevator that went up the center of the building. Unless your room is in the center, you couldn't use a luggage cart to take your luggage to go to the rooms in either of the hotel wings. You would need to carry your luggage down 3-4 steps then carry the rest to your room. The pool and hot tub were closed. The maid did not adequately replenish supplies and make up the room 1 of the 4 days that we were at the hotel.
