服務人員專業且面戴笑容解決房客問題，辦理入住時分享好吃的肉包及入住禮三選一，讓房客有驚喜感。客房不大，但是「麻雀雖小，五臟俱全」，設施相當完備。早餐採套餐式，口味不錯，在頂樓可欣賞早晨市景。

電梯只有兩部，住宿房客若多，便無法消化，必須等待。辦理入住時在二樓（LB），辦理退房時卻是在一樓，建議可以統一設計在一處即可，才不會讓房客搞不清楚狀況。

沒什麼特別滿意的地方！

1、此次平日連續入住二晚，入住前有備註淺眠，希望安排安靜的區域，check in時依照飯店安排的樓層跟房間入住，結果房間內的冷氣排風口整晚產生異音！浴室有安裝排風扇但排風的音量大到讓人無法忍受，浴室門關上都還可以聽到排風扇嗡嗡嗡的低頻噪音，晚上睡覺只好關閉廁所的風扇，結果早上淋浴間的地板都還是濕的。 2、Check in前飯店大門外地板全都是水！搞得濕濕滑滑的，也沒有看到警示板，也沒看見有人在處理。 3、房內隔音效果很差，門外其他房客關門聲都聽的清清楚楚，凌晨接近一點還傳來數次咚、咚的撞擊聲，不知道哪傳來的聲音，嚴重影響睡眠。反而早上隔壁工地施工的聲音比較聽不到。

Great location between two big MRT stations (Formosa Boulevard and Central Park) and walking distance to Liuhe night market, the room and staff are very helpful and friendly. The snacks and refreshments at reception level are a nice touch.

The mattress is a bit too soft for my liking.

飯店設計新穎，櫃檯人員親切有禮，當天入住人數車子較多，但停車的部分完全不用擔心，位置不夠，飯店前方就有好幾十個公有停車格重點是飯店還有補助200元！

During the stay from 7/7~7/8 (Saturday), the construction site next door actually drilled the wall at 8:00 in the morning? I spent 4,000 yuan to be woken up early in the morning and couldn't fall asleep. If I didn't get enough sleep, I had to add time to 13 o'clock to catch up on sleep! Why didn't the counter inform the nearby construction site that there would be such a situation when checking in? The experience was really bad!!

There ' s a fine view of the crossroad from hotel window. Customer service and breakfast are good as well.

bedding are comfy, great location, friendly stuff. they even provide popular snacks as a welcome gift! pretty thoughtful in every aspect.

it seems was a renewed hotel that has weird interior design and space design. And there was even some mosquito in my room when I checked in

The facilities used in the hotel esp the toilet system, coffee station in the room . The in room slippers is also better than most 5 star hotels suite rooms slippers .

The hotel has a contemporary look. just that the check in counter is miserably small and staffs were not attentive enough.

location is near to train station and walking distance to bus stop as well. Room is very quiet, even thought there is construction next door.

Centrally located, very nice snack and dessert bar. Nice art work located throughout the hotel, it has a beautiful restaurant on the rooftop with a nice view of the city. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
