Je ne reviendrai pas

Les sandwichs au petit déjeuner, le piano en accès libre dans dans la salle de repas. Table de ping-pong en accès libre.

Chambre : Matelas si usé qu'il y avait un énorme creux dedans. Drap propre mais trace de transpiration et de sang sur le sous matelas. Très mauvaise isolation phonique. Onsen : onsen très petit avec bain extérieur et sauna fermés. Sous couvert de mesure covid (2024) il faut réserver un créneau pour pouvoir qe baigner car on ne peut pas être à plus de deux dans le bain intérieur. Premier arrivé, premier servi donc vous n'aurez peut-être pas de place.

The place is very convenient. There are a few restaurants nearby, and a DonQuiJote.

The breakfast was good, there were lots of choices of bread. Also, the attending staff was very accommodating and friendly.

A la falda del Monte Fuji

Llegamos ya anocheciendo, la parada de trenes está a 25 minutos andando hasta el hotel, no es nada complicado pero si hay que tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de ir con equipaje. Una vez de día, nos dimos cuenta de la zona donde está (a los pies del monte Fuji ). Es algo impresionante una vez te das cuenta por la mañana. El desayuno es normalito, nada del otro mundo pero está bien para empezar el día. No pudimos disfrutar del baño al aire libre por falta de tiempo. Recomendado un restaurante de buffet libre según pasas el Don Quijote bajando a mano izquierda, con un robot que te sirve la comida.

富士急も幹線道路もすぐそこなのに驚くほど静かに過ごせました。

コニファーフォレストでのイベントに参加するのに利用しました。会場から徒歩すぐで近くに量販店や飲食店も多く立地が大変良いです。建物も全体的に清潔感があり従業員さんたちも優しかったです。利用した日は満室の筈なのに館内静かで過ごしやすかったです。利用はしなかったけど無料サービスの朝食質も量も良さ気でした。

ゴミ箱内にペットボトルが1個だけ残ってました。部屋はきれいに清掃されていたので回収忘れでしょうか？コンセントが少なめ？でした。

quiet, good breakfast, more expensive than it was worth

the breakfast was good but the same each day. variety would have been good.

I checked the price early the day I wanted to book and a few hours later it more than doubled in price. the room was not worth the price I paid for three people.

A pleasant stay

The outside onsen was great! Electric blankets were a nice thing to have on a cold night.

Dedicated and kind staff that were super helpful. The hotel atmosphere is really calm and cozy, making it the perfect place to rest. The private outside bath is an amazing touch that we enjoyed particularly.

The hotel is a little far from public transportations, making it a bit hard to access by foot with luggages.

such a beautiful atmosphere and the perfect place to stay to have a relaxing time in your own onsen! everything included was lovely and the staff were so helpful when we wanted to upgrade our room on arrival. Just do your research when you travel to the area as the transport is a change of pace compared to the city (times/delays).

pillows could be more comfortable and the spa was a little leaky.

Calm getaway with private bath

The room has a private outdoor bath which was amazing. It felt like a stay in the forrest. It was the perfect calm and quiet getaway we hoped for.

The instructions for the outdoor bath were a little vague so that should be improved on. But other than that it was perfect.

I definitely will not book it again, not even recommend to anyone I know.

The only good thing I can say is the staffs over there, extremely nice people.

- price is double of others. - the location is bad, next to some sort of factory, we only took the taxi. - the bungalow is old, walls are thin, I can hear every single movement from next door. - facilities are bad, no heater in bathroom, can not cook, don't even have microwave or cutleries. - can not use kettle and hair dryer at the same time, the power cannot handle it. - back yard is messy, I found cigarette butts. - security is bad, only one simple lock. - some facilities are broken / needed to be replaced. - simple breakfast, we have been told to have only one bag of bread, one yogurt, one egg per day.

the staffs are the only thing we are happy with.

price, location, room, facilities and breakfast, all are bad. simple and boring breakfast and can only take one of each. location is bad, taxi is the only option.

it was great, great distance to fuji q highland. donquijote is 1minute walk. restaurants everywhere.

our room didnt have a private onsen, BUT you can reserve their public onsen for an hour (male/female) with your partner.

I had a pleasant night.

Amenities fully equipped. The place has onsen. The room was cozy and spatial, but not the shower room.

The room was not sound proof. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Lovely, would stay again.

Everything was lovely, the staff, the room, the onsen, just lovely. Parking was close to the villa. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed.

Cool private open-air bath, not that smooth overall experience

The room was nice with a private open-air bath on the balcony. It was a great experience. In-doors shared onsen is decorated with lava stones from Mt. Fuji. The bed is very comfortable. Good parking is available, although it is not that easy to find the right way on the first attempt.

The first room that we checked into looked much different from what we had booked: with a significantly smaller onsen under the roof. It looked more like a barn bath rather than an open-air bath. The staff told us that the rooms with all the types of (at least partially) outdoor baths are randomly assigned to the guests, regardless of which particular room was booked at Booking.com. However, soon they agreed to move us to a proper room, but with a broken traditional Japanese lantern near the bath and a view to the yard rather than the forest (which was relatively ok for us). Although breakfast was mentioned on the booking page, the message near the reception stated there are only complementary morning snacks for the guests. In fact, there was a simple breakfast the next morning, so it is not clear why the host had chosen such strange wording. Indeed, the variety of dishes was not so impressive, and strangely there were no knives for butter. Similarly strange, there is quite a large area looking like a dedicated kitchen spot in the room, but there are completely no cooking facilities there. Overall, the stay was not very smooth, but we entertained ourselves a lot. The location is rather convenient if you are planning to visit Fuji-Q Highland or if you come by car. Otherwise, you will need to walk a lot to the other attractions in Kawaguchiko.
