Cozy, secluded with open fire in room and excellent food.
Noisy footsteps from room above us (we were in room 702).

Great location for wedding at Tunnel Mountain Reservoir. The staff was very pleasant.
The room was old, and shabby for the price you pay. No fridge in the room. The drain backed up and bath flooded when you took a shower, wiping up the floor after was an eye opener....the towels were covered in filth! Considering the price for two nights was equal to a monthly mortgage payment, I will not be going back to this hotel. Used to be one of the best hotels on tunnel mountain.

Closer to downtown
the TV doesn’t work, no microwave , hard to open the door using the key, no fridge

Location was good
The shower was terrible…very dangerous….we had to put a towel down on the floor after almost falling….and you have to be in the shower to adjust temperature….very poor set up.
We were dropped off by our tour bus and our room was quite always from the office….we are in our 60s ….so I asked for help getting our bags to our room. We went to bed and it was extremely noisy out….would not recommend this lodge to anyone

The rooms were beautiful and the surrounds were stunning! Loved the look of the buildings!

balcony, parking was great
the room looks MUCH bigger online in the photos, Dan was left but didn’t plug/reach anywhere near beds, water ran dirty so didn’t have drinking water unless bought bottled.

It is a lovely lodge, with decent sized room. The lodge and neighborhood was cozy, close to hiking paths. Furthermore the restaurant from the lodge was quite good.
Some things in the room looked a little outdated and could use some renovation or repair. The menu in the restaurant could have some more vegetarian options. Lastly not all restaurant staff felt sincere and/or friendly

Nice big hot tub, comfy beds.
Staff in the restaurant wasn't very professional but food was decent.

Amazing view of the mountain from the lodge, great location and warm staff. We particularly loved the fireplace

Bed was comfortable. The room had a fireplace which was nice. Staff was great
Had to lug luggage up flight of stairs. Room was very old compared to pictures.

Food and service were great. Outdoor spa was lovely.
Rooms are dated, bathrooms need redoing.
Parking was a pain.

parking was not great & if you left at any point during the evening you would lose a spot, at one point we had to park in a no parking zone & let front desk know that we had no other place to park

The view and the rooms were neat and clean. The staff was kind and nice each time we need help and the service was amazing.

The property was a unique stay with the wood burning fire place in the room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful!
My room was a bit out dated, and there was still dog food on the floor and in the night stand of the room from previous guests. Also being in the lower level, you could hear lots of foot traffic to the room above us at all times.
