The facility was well located and nice overall.

I had booked a room with two beds; however, I got a room with only one bed and a pull out couch. I went to the front desk to request what I had reserved and they made an excuse that it was what I reserved. I then showed them my reservation and still they didn’t apologize for the mistake if after the check the printed confirmation they had. They didn’t have any other two beds room available so I was stuck with the one bed room. Sleeping on the couch was not comfortable. I was disappointed with the lack of empathy and accountability from the staff - especially since it was the hotel’s error.

The room was comfortable and clean. They accommodated our request for an early check in.

No hot water. Remote for TV was broken and they didn't have a replacement for it.

the entrance to the parking lot has a lot of traffic. not that the hotel can do anything about that.

Loved the fact that it was dog friendly. I sometimes travel with my rabbit, but rabbits are not allowed 🥲 The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The room climate was great. Love the fridge and coffee maker.

The TV was a little fuzzy, not that we were there to watch TV. The coffee was horrible. They had continental breakfast. Cereal, juice, and coffee. Cream was sour. Note: The restaurant was closed for Christmas and Boxing Day.

The staff were fairly friendly, the building was quiet and mostly clean.

Coffee maker was not cleaned out from the previous user, had to pay for breakfast vouchers...

I enjoyed everything

The kitchen was closed Sunday. So my brother called on his phone for a pizza and I guess they didn't like his English phone # and so they never delivered so he didn't eat that night! We left on Sunday am but he didn't check out until Monday. He was looking forward to a great meal at the Bruce that night.
