Love the location. Everything is very close and definitely not a far walk at all. This was our 2nd time staying there, and it never disappointed. Ms. Weng is always courteous, helpful, and kind. If you ever have any problems, she will definitely fix them quickly.

everything you need is there .

the host not aware that I have changed the date but it was confirmed. they have to clean the accommodation and we’ve waited. and they haven’t send the building number and unit, so we have to phone the host.

We felt like home

I like that it is a corner unit so it had huge windows and it is spacious, especially the masters bed. We really enjoyed our entire stay. Plus the owner was very accommodating.

the flat was right nest to the road so you are disturbed with the passing vehicles

Nice condo

Great amenities. Loved the pool. Beds were comfortable. Condo was well furnished and laid out nicely.

The internet service was awful. Buffered often and totally ran out of data. Issues with ants as well, plus one roach.

When I arrived the place was immaculate for cleanliness. Ms. Weng was very accommodating and a wonderful manager. I would highly recommend staying here. My next trip I will make sure and try to stay here again.

Better options in Davao---the whole complex is "tired"

Unit nothing like what was portrayed on Website Location dreadful---as a veteran traveller--this was by far the Noisiest place I have stayed--traffic noise was constant 24/7 Daily collisions outside was a Feature!!!!!!

Overall, we had a great experience with Camella Northpoint. Ms Weng was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The place is wonderful, clean, and perfect to stay with. Thank you! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Davao.

The best accommodation in Davao!

Ms Weng, our host was very kind. And the owner was very generous allowing us to bring my other kids. I booked supposedly for 3 person but we were allowed to bring my 2 other kids and our helper. The location is superb. You can walk to Redemptorist church, to Abreeza Mall, Buhangin Mcdo, Jolibee, Burger King, Mercury Drug and other essential establishment. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. And the place is quiet and you just can relax the whole day in the unit. The unit has 2 rooms with 3 beds, a living room with a large TV, dining table and complete kitchen sets. Both rooms are airconditioned and the unit is clean and everything that we need was provided. And the best thing is that me and my husband were able to work too. We would definitely comeback! Thank you Ms Weng!

The place is clean and very cozy. We also like that the toilet is separated from the shower. The place is very convenient when it comes to transportation.

We just hope the living room is airconditioned too. It gets hot especially in the afternoon.
