It Served It's Purpose

The location is good as it is right on the highway so easy access to leave. There is a Subway in the Hotel. The beds were comfy. The price was the only good price in town.

The room was very dusty and had not had a deep clean in awhile by the looks of the bathroom floor and corners, also found someone else's clothes under the desk...not hidden which makes me question the skill level of the housekeeping staff. I own a cleaning business so this does make me a tad more aware of things, but this and other rooms could be cleaned MUCH better. It was very noisy being right on the highway so bring ear plugs!

Great location to stay for one night on a road trip.

For an aging hotel, my room was exceptional. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Easily accessed from the main through fare, and the staff is very accommodating and extremely pleasant.

For my one night stay passing through, I have nothing negative to say.

Disappointing stay for the price you pay.

The location was great. Right on the highway through town and it was within walking distance to restaurants.

The hotel is very tired and in serious need up repairs and updating. While it was clean enough the bathroom door knob didn't work. At first I ended up stuck in the bathroom as the knob would not turn to open the door. After that the knob simply did not work at all. Also it is nice that breakfast is included even if it is simply toast and bagels, with coffee etc. However there was no cream cheese for the bagels, the peanut butter was going rather stale and the strawberry jam was so old it simply was a jelled cube that would not spread.

Great Place!

I stay always stay here when I come to Fernie. Always great value for money. There’s always new updates each time I come, It’s clean, staff are friendly, the hot tub is great after a long day of hiking or biking. The free breakfast has lots of options. It’s also great to stay there if you have dogs, it’s close to the river for nice walks. Close to restaurants and a short walk/bike or drove into town.

A great place to stay - walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We'll be back!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Breakfast was great - good variety, with fresh fruit.

Rooms not completely sound proof. Pool and hot tub wasn't working for some of the time we stayed.

Ideal budget hotel for ski/snowboarding Fernie

Rooms clean, comfortable, warm, roomy, plenty of storage space (inc boards & boots). Breakfast included. Hot tub & pool. Lots of of good bars & resturants within a short walk.

A very great price for what we were given, has a nice pool and hot tub, kitchenettes available, free breakfast and great accommodating staff.

it’s a bit noisy because it’s on a main route but not as bad as I thought it would be.

Great bang for your buck.

Affordability and the location. Hot tub/pool/sauna were nice amenities

The breakfast was quite lackluster, but it was food at the end of the day (Toast, cereal, coffee, bananas, muffins and juice boxes). Mattresses weren't amazing, but otherwise it was good!

Great location, close to walking trails for our puppy. Good restaurants close too.

The room was a little dirty, hottub was also a little dirty, sauna wasn't works and breakfast was left to be desired. However. We got what we paid for....
