The breakfast was great and many choices of food for the tenants to choose from. The taste of the breakfast is excellent also, well done and please keep it up.

If the area of my room is little bit bigger, I would be happy. Certainly I also understand the limitation of land area in Japan and most accommodation in big city is small.

The hotel is new and conveniently located at the centre of the city with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast is good with many choices of food and they are all yummy.

The location is a bit far from train station if you are carrying large luggage.

Water stream sound went on whole night and that really bothered. I guess that was air conditioner. Broken???

This hotel is good in all, but there seems like a smell from the air conditioner when turned on. Anyway this hotel is a good choice for accommodation.

I made my payment through Booking.com. I asked for the invoice from the hotel reception, but they said they couldn't give me a proper invoice because the payment was on Booking.com. When I contact customer service, they say the hotel should give the invoice. Now, I am stuck between customer service and the hotel, and still no invoice.

The breakfast is very varied and offers a choice of time slots, making it feel very organized. The public bathrooms are divided into outdoor and indoor, and the outdoor area has a beautiful view of the moon. Location is super and many delicious food around.Pan（Bread） downstairs across the street and Ramen is super.

1. There is a step when entering the bathroom, although it is understandable that it is necessary for waterproofing, but it is still dangerous. 2. On the night of our stay on June 3, we asked the front desk if we may borrow some soy sauce, and it was perfectly fine if we couldn't have any. The person on duty at the front desk was a compatriot, and instead of telling me "we can't provide it" or "the kitchen is closed", she told me like "In Japan, we put a lot of emphasis on hygiene, so we can't give you soy sauce! ". This condescending tone was very uncomfortable, , as if we were "unhygienic people". We have been to and from Japan many times and have never encountered such a situation. I also hope the accommodation can give an explanation.

Booked corner room for 2 nights, the sofa beside the window is a cozy spot to chill out. twin beds were comfortable and room was decently sized. Hot spring was great too as there were 3 pools (cold, medium hot (indoors) and hotter (outdoors)). Breakfast was ok. Requested front counter staff to help make reservation for restaurants as couldnt speak Japanese, they were helpful and didnt turn down any request.

Hope for more varieties for breakfast.

The hotel is close to china town and shopping area. can walk around comfortably Walking distance from Sannomiya Station or Motomachi Station. The room may be suitable for 1 person and the hotel has a hot spring on the top floor. and a washing machine is provided.

Breakfast was fantastic! We loved the variety of food available and the freshness of it all. It was a very good value for the money. Also, sky spa was a wonderful place to relax after a hard day of touring.

There was some noticeable dust on the headboard in my room, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were a bit slow, requiring queueing at busier times.

The beds are a little firm and the spa is sadly not tattoo friendly, though they will provide stickers if you have small ones.

This hotel is is the perfect location for exploring Kobe and also exploring the waterfront. It’s close to plenty of food options. The room and bathroom was a great size, with lots of seating and I loved having a kettle and fridge in the room. The toiletries, pjs and slippers were all great and the rooftop spa was perfect. Tattoos are allowed as long as you cover them up, just ask at reception and they will provide you with something to cover them with. Breakfast was great, plenty of Japanese and western options and never busy either due to allocated breakfast times.

I had no view as my room faced the next building, which meant very little natural light entered the room and it was impossible to see what the weather was like. I did request a room with a view if possible, but it wasn’t the end of the world, especially when everything else was so great.

Value for the money was poor. Also, they did NOT have a full-service restaurant. One had to order breakfast BEFORE booking the hotel for ALL days. I wanted breakfast for certain days only!!

Oh no, the room at this hotel does not deserve 4 stars, not at all. Gloomy-looking room with ugly and worn wall-to-wall carpet. On the internal tv one can read about "good quality sleep". Not true regarding the rooms facing the railway lines with trains passing day and night. Bad quality sleep. The breakfast restaurant and lobby look good, though.
