Hotel location and really great services

The room is quiet and well cleaned, the view from the terrace is nice, the staff are helpful.

It would be better if the hotel departure time was a little later at 11:00. Breakfast ends at 10:30. It can be stretched a little more.

Im Land der Ballons

Toll und zentral gelegen. Am Morgen waren ringsum die Ballons zu sehen. Die vielen unterschiedlichen Etagen geben dem Hotel einen schönen Charakter. Die Zimmer sind schön groß. Gute Frühstücksauswahl.

Sehr kleine Frühstücks-Buffet Ecke. Nur Instand Kaffee. Der Absatz auf der Terasse war eine reine Stolperfalle.

Heart of Cappadocia

Breakfast was so yummy, staff speak proper English. We arrange with them balloon flight and airport transfer which were so convenient and reasonable price compare to online. Nice choice for families.

Best price range

We love everything in this hotel. Compare to price you'll get very cozy room , high speed internet, very warm room and shower and super clean. We can't ask more! I definitely recommend everyone.

Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito do hotel. Certamente nos hospedaríamos nele novamente.

Café-da-manhã muito variado, bastantes opções, tudo delicioso! Equipe da cozinha está de parabéns! Hotel super bem localizado, muito confortável, apartamento e cama confortáveis, banheiro, porém, relativamente pequeno, no entanto limpo e higienizado.

Agradable

El hotel es lindo, muy central cerca a todo, te facilitan tours, nos recibió Murat con un buen manejo del español e inglés siempre pendiente que todo estuviera bien con nosotros, se tiene la facilidad de dejar las maletas en recepción si se llega temprano al hotel o tienes vuelo en la noche.

El colchón de la habitación es rígido, almohadas no confortables.

Warm stay

I liked everything. Room was cozy and pretty warm. Especially cold winter day's it makes you happy when you back from outside. Hot water was also good pressure. Room was clean and breakfast also so yummy. Huge thanks to reception team they were super kind and helpful. I would recommend everyone.

Good stay, aggressive people! Do not risk, do not book!

The front desk staff is absolutely horrendous, unkind, uncouth. The rowdy looking guy has just pure filth in his mouth. We were in Goreme for hot air baloon but it was cancelled. There was another location where the hot air balloon was running, but the front desk staff hid this info from us even after asking multiple times. When we confronted, the guy got really really AGGRESSIVE, came very close to the face and SHOUTED at us. His exact words “Do you want me to beat you up right now? You are in my country. Dont forget that”. Straight up threatened us. Then I looked at the negative reviews and most reviews spoke of the unruly behavior of the front desk people.

Extra Charges For No Reason

Location was good..hotel was nice

The receptionist was very rude and they charged extra money for a bed even though i mentioned at the time of booking that we are 4 people and charged 1500 lira for 3 days for a child bed.

Hermoso lugar para pasar tus días por Kapadokya

Lo que más valoro de este hotel es su personal, muy amable, muy atentos y siempre dispuestos. Hago mención especial a Murat, muy amable, además habla castellano y ayudó muchísimo en la comunicación y nuestras dudas. El desayuno es un 10, muchísimas opciones y deliciosas. El día que nos íbamos, nuestro vuelo era más temprano que el desayuno y así y todo nos prepararon un cajita para que nos llevemos. Volvería sin dudarlo! Graciaaas a todo el personal, por hacer de la estancia algo especial.

No hubo nada que no me gustara, cómo negativo solo decir que no fue una buena época para volar en globo si su objetivo es ese, el clima no acompaña, nosotras no pudimos hacerlo, se canceló los 3 días que teníamos ahí. En el mismo hotel ofrecen el servicio a buen precio y con todo incluido.

Not a value for money

Location Rooftop terrace view was great.

Room Service. Nobody will come to pickup your luggage while checking out if you don't take tours with them. You will be on your own.

Viaje inolvidable

Muchísimas gracias a todo el personal del Hotel, todos fueron muy amables y simpáticos con nosotros, todos siempre sonriendo 😀 y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno fue excelente, muchas gracias a las señoras Ayse y Serdag, todo muy rico y mucha variedad. Y quiero agradecer de corazón a Murat, el recepcionista que habla español, ha sido la persona más amable y atenta de todo Capadoccia, nuevamente muchas gracias Murat, gracias a ti, nuestro viaje en Capadoccia ha sido inolvidable 👌 Volveremos con mucho gusto!

Decent property with no personal touch. Better avoid

The property is very centrally located in Goreme. Very close to the pictures shared on booking and I'm sure this is a great lively one in season but we visited during winters. The jacuzzi is nice and there are pet cats/dogs so if you love animals or have kids, this could be a good relaxing place. There are good picture spots on the roof that came to life in the sunlight. They also provided a cot on request.

We went for the superior suite and unlike its name, it was a very underwhelming experience overall. The property is reasonably maintained but has clear signs of ageing unlike some reviews that said it was newly renovated. There were heating issues and the insulation wasn't proper (hotel did offer extra blankets), refrigerator wasn't working (or had some switch issue and we didn't really care), has a weird step before the bathroom that can cause you to trip on a hard floor, the bedding was uneven, the TV is so far that you can hardly see anything (although that means big rooms), etc. What I didn't like the most was that is a very commercial property with no personal touch to anything - staff is well spoken in english but reception staff could be more friendly. There is a apparent problem in entire Cappadocia - Shared airport pickups are at the very last moment and they don't leave any margin for you to checkin. We almost missed our flight because the reception guy was adamant that there is enough time and Kayeseri is a small airport despite of no one else but us in the entire van. It could have been arranged 30mins before if they knew driver is going to take a diesel filling break and drive so slow. There is no kitchen/restraurant and room service is ordered from outside. If you're travelling with old people or disability issues, better avoid due to the stairs and steep incline (although most cave properties are like this in the area).

Muy conformes

Un buen hotel, con lindas Terrazas y confortables habitaciones, un desayuno muy completo, situado en un punto muy estratégico con muchos negocios cercanos. Muy bien atendido, incluso hay una persona de la recepción que habla español y te da buenos datos de tours, fue una muy buena elección para nosotros, muy conformes con nuestra estadía.

Nada mal si visitas Göreme por pocos días

La ubicación y la vista desde el hotel es buena. El desayuno no está nada mal, es variado a pesar de ser comida local. El personal de la recepción es bastante amable.

La piscina no es calefactada, por lo que no nos atrevimos a usarla y no vimos que alguien más lo hiciera. Sería estupendo que el agua no estuviera tan fría. El calefactor del baño de nuestra habitación no funcionaba, pero no le prestamos importancia. La habitación fue más pequeña de lo que imaginamos. Muchos de los canales de la tv no tenían señal. Los precios de snacks, bebidas, etc son considerablemente elevados.

Amo Capadoccia, no elogiaría el hotel de nuevo.

El entorno. La ciudad.

El personal no era simpático ni atento. La cama era incómoda. No parecía ser una verdadera cueva. El tour en el que te organizan el globo en el hotel te pasan a buscar y te hacen cambiar de bus en la mitad del camino sin decirte nada, después supuestamente te dejan en tu hotel pero a nosotros nos dejaron en el camino. No hablan inglés los que manejan y no son amables. Menos mal los otros tours no los hicimos con el hotel. El desayuno es bueno pero hay un tumulto de gatos en la terraza por lo tanto si no te agradan o eres alérgico no puedes estar ahí porque se abalanzan encima. La ducha tiene mala presión, las terminaciones están malas y poco prolijas, descuidadas.

Da localização, bem central na cidade. A vista dos terraços do hotel eram excelentes!

Especialmente do banheiro da habitação. É inconcebível não ter um espelho no banheiro, e apenas fora, no quarto. Nunca tinha visto isso! Isso atrapalha a experiência da acomodação! Fazer a barba, maquiagem, escovar cabelos e dentes, lavar o rosto, tudo sem espelho no banheiro! É péssimo!

Leuk verblijf in een authentiek hotel tussen gasten van over de gehele wereld.

Zeer goed gelegen vlak bij het centrum. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Grote kamer. Ideale uitvalbasis voor ballonvaart wat overigens een fantastische ervaring was.

Afwerking van de kamer en badkamer wat slordig en verouderd.

Great location, easy to access

Exceptional location, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great, and the external area of the hotel was delightful. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, hot shower.

It's not a cave hotel. It's a "cave-like" style but not original, as shown in the pictures. The bathroom has a great design but it's not very functional as the sink is too small and water drips all around it making a mess in the floor.

Hotel uit 1001 nacht

Hotel met een hoog Prince of Persia gehalte met al die trapjes naar hoger of lager gelegen niveaus. De kamer is ook heel mooi ingericht. Het personeel is supervriendelijk. Goed zicht op de ballonnen die over Göreme vliegen. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor verschillende excursies want gelegen in het centrum van Göreme.

Great stay would recommend

Great location and lovely view of balloons. Staff very friendly - special shout-out to the person who helped me clean my shoes!! Just wish we stayed for longer - was very relaxing with the sun loungers and the near by area has some lovely restaurants and things to do.

Bedroom was quite small and wasn’t overly sure of breakfast but other than that it was great.

Central to Cappadocia

Absolutely beautiful and amazing view of Goreme and hot air balloons. Central to town. Clean basic facilities. Large variety for breakfast. Multiple chill out areas. Wifi in room good.

Little engagement from staff. Balloon prices massively inflated by booking through hotel.. Kaya Kappadocia business offered at a fraction of the price, which is disappointing.
