Best location! Just a couple minutes walk from Somerset Village, Rideau Streat, ByWard market... The hotel is extremely clean and the pool was perfect for our little family on a rainy afternoon.

Mattresses and pillows are not comfy. Don`t book this hotel if you need to run a marathon the day after.

its close to everything

I booked 2 rooms about 4 months ago and i requested a connecting room or 2 adjacent rooms, we didnt get either but worst we were told one room got flooded so we were put on the 4th floor while the rest of our family is on the 2nd floor. Then one lady at the front wasnt very nice and accommodating at all.

Convenient

Location was close to restaurants, pubs, stores. Room was generally quiet.

Booked for 2 queen bed, got a queen bed & sofa bed. Sofa bed was not comfy. Lighting could of been brighter, especially in the washroom.

Good location and the room size is quite big, with a living room and a kitchen.

The decoration and facility are out of date, but it is still worth the money.

The bed was really comfortable, the space was well equipped and spacious and comfortable. I felt very safe.

I liked the location and having a kitchen in the room fully equipped was wonderful.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong stale scent of smoke we kept the fan on and the windows open, and the smell never dissapated. The age of the of the building made it look dirtier than it was. Inspite of the best efforts of the staff.

Closet door made vibrating noise and could not close properly

easy to get to, great parking, large space in the rooms, had everything we needed in the kitchenette, large balcony, and located in the very heart of the city! we could walk anywhere within 20mins! such a wonderful place to stay, very very happy!

The hotel has good facilities including a restaurant / bar, which is open for dinner (but not breakfast), swimming pool, underground parking (at extra charge). Travelling with a colleague for meetings in Ottawa. Had a two-bedroom apartment, which worked well and provided good value for us, particularly considering the downtown location close to Elgin Street. The apartment also had a kitchen, which was very well equipped with full-size fridge, stove, microwave, pots / pans, plates, cutlery. Furnishings and atmosphere of the rooms is quite pedestrian, but perfectly functional. There are many restaurants / bars a short walk away on Elgin Street, including some good breakfast places that open at 8:00 am.

It is a hidden gem, old fashion renovation gives a 70s vibe, quite room very nice and decent, it really supervised me with it's kitchen and living room, big enough for a 90lbs dog to stay all day.

The room temperature is around 22 celsius degree and it's a little bit too hot for people from north, but definitely a good temp for senior and southern ppl
