Loved the atmosphere, layout, and location.

The room was a great size and layout, felt comfortable.

Maintenance issues of paint touchup on all wood trim and bathroom door; as well as large plaster chips on the largest window sill. Need chest of drawers and hanging area for clothing in Casida Clemente room. Gate lock needs adjustment so it doesn't take several minutes of wiggling the key, and multiple tries to unlock it.

Great place for a mini romantic vacation. Enjoyed my Stay immensely!

Location is amazing! Views stunning and very quaint. Very relaxing and comfortable bed.

They do have a lot of flies on the patios and it’s a bit dingy in the common areas but, the rooms and views make up for it.

great location in an old hotel that needs an upgrade

great location across from the beach

the property is not being maintained at all. marks all over the walls that need to be patched and painted, very old bathroom with old dingy tub, sink very smelly from bad plumbing/drainage.

Overall a good enjoyable stay

Great view and comfortable bed

The towels are very thin and small, need larger towels. Also staff needs to put new batteries in the remote as it was not working.

Fantastic location but small interior only window in room seemed inadequate for the price.

The location right at San Clemente pier. The early check in and lovely girl at the front desk. The shared balcony terrace with a view.

Super fun location and cozy accommodations!

The location was phenomenal and the room was super charming and comfortable!

The room had a strong cleaning chemical smell but that was very minor and did not take away from our experience at all.

Location was perfect...bed was very comfortable!

Certain features in the bathroom could use updates...we also could not get the TV to work.

Misrepresented room, noisy, terrible service. NEVER AGAIN

Nothing we left about 2 hours after we got there. No a/c, no tv. We used to stay at this place when it had theme rooms and breakfast. It was clean, quiet and everything worked. We will NEVER go back and I have already disputed the charge for this room. Not to mention a ridiculous $100.00 "damage deposit" for 2 adults in the 60's; REALLY?! STUPID!!

See above. The whole experience was insulting.

Location was excellent! That's why I went.

The room was dated, only the main floor had been updated, bathroom needs to be remodeled, cracked tile on the floor. No towel service , the front desk person had always stepped away when i needed them. There was no answer at the afterhours phone #. Booking.com overcharged. The same room on travelocity was $80 cheaper per day but I had already paid and no refund policy

The location was excellent and the surrounding restaurants were great, The manager/WiFi/TV were bad

Location was great, there was no breakfast at the hotel...the shower was great and the bed was very comfortable.

WiFi was terrible, only worked OUTSIDE the room...no WiFi in room!!...the manager was terribly unhelpful and had a reprehensible attitude, and she lied to me several times, and the TV setup was also terrible. The manager ruined our stay.

Cute little place, yes it is older but in great shape Really nice staff and helpful I would stay again

The restaurant/ bar downstairs is a little noisy but it is the location of being right in the middle of the action
