The apartment is modern and clean with a lagoon view.
The property has free shuttle boat to the beach.
There are dedicated sunbeds and umbrellas between the trees, which gives a nice shade to chill.
There are also shuttles within the Laguna and to the Boat Avenue.
There is a supermarket nearby.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The check in and out is easy.
There was a stain on the sofa, hence some proper upholstery cleaning is required.
They could provide a sponge and dish washing soap, but we anyway bought them from the supermarket.

I booked this room for my mother. We got two keys upon check-in. We accidentally met the Cassia residence staff at the front desk of Cassia hotel around 17:30 hrs.
My mother said she liked the room and rated the stay for 8/10
-The balcony could be better cleaned but still in an acceptable condition.
-The communication could be improved. I sent a message on the check-in date early in the morning asking something ,but no reply was given at all. I didn't expect to get an answer in an hour but maybe before the office closed?

I booked this 2-bedroom suite for my family members (two people). I stayed at another hotel nearby. Somehow, they got a bad vibe from the front desk at the cassia hotel when they asked to check in. I understand that Cassia hotel and residences are not the same one ,but we thought we could check-in at the hotel.
***Apparently, you needed to check-in at Laguna Lifestyle Hub in the Canal village (the shopping area which is on the opposite side of the cassia buildings). This info should have been mentioned anywhere ,but we found out from the front desk of the Cassia hotel.
We got 1 key for a 2-bedroom suite (which was actually suitable for 4 people) .We asked for more keys. The staff couldn't provide and said there was only 1 key. The staff was sweet ,but well, this one key was terrible.

расположение отличное, пляж рядом, бассейны тоже, магазины в шаговой доступности, легко вызвать такси и добраться в любую точку острова. Набор посуды на 4 человека, не более. Полотенца банные и пляжные тоже только на 4 человека. Кухня удобная, кондиционеры и вентиляторы все работали, кровати удобные, белье чистое. Активно пользовались холодильником и стиральной машиной, жалели, что нет еще и посудомойки 😁
В одном из туалетов был ужасный запах канализации, пока не додумались залить слив антисептиком. Полы при въезде были грязные, уборка и смена белья и полотенец была только на 8 день. Поскольку мы с ребёнком, каждый день мыла полы сама, благо ведро и швабра стояли на балконе. Сковорода на кухне была убитая. Плита индукционная, об этом на Букинге ни слова, не всякая посуда подойдет для готовки на ней. Ни воды, ни мыла, ни запаса туалетной бумаги не было. Стиральный порошок, чистящие и моющие средства купили сами в первый же день, но для апартаментов это норма.
Вы выходные дни до персонала дозвониться невозможно, надо только идти в офис. У нас был ранний чекаут в 7-00 надо было выезжать из отеля, чтобы получить возврат депозита накануне вечером, пришлось с утра этим заниматься.

Работа службы поддержки. В течение моего пребывания не работаю интернет, за исключением 2 последних дней из 10! Была предоставлены кастрюли с подогревшим дном. Никто не заменил, и не ответил на просьбу заменить.
Служба поддержки теряла дни на формальных заверениях, что им очень жаль и ничего не делала. Дозвонится до службы поддержки было очень сложно. Работают они через день, что полностью противоречит заявлениям о поддержке 24/7.

Просторная квартира. Имеется все необходимое для проживания.
Полотенце для пляжа нужно брать из квартиры и каждый раз их самим стирать, после первой уборки их вовсе забрали и новых не дали. Пользоваться территорией cassia нельзя. Пешком до моря 15-20 минут по тротуару вдоль дороги и через сад соседнего отеля, короткая тропинка закрыта. До парома который возит до моря идти минут 5, через отель cassia и парковку, короткая дорога так же закрыта

Люблю этот район и в последние года приезжаю всегда в Cassia ! Всегда попадались ухоженные квартиры, с хорошей обстановкой , но в этот раз не тот случай ! Не уютно , голые белые стены и все , нет предметов декора, мебелировка минимальная , зал большой довольно , а диванчик маленький неудобный для одного человека - похоже на одно большое кресло чем на диван ))! Плохо убрано было изначально, стены все обшарпанные, ремонта давно не было , было заправлено постельное белье с пятнами , два из четырех кондиционеров не работали , вентилятор работал со скрипом и спать было невозможно… квартира находится под управлением компании Laguna , обращалась к ним с претензиями и просьбой устранить неполадки - приходили техники , ничего не исправили и ушли , только вентилятор чуть тише стал работать …. Очень сложно было связаться с администраторами , не было реакции на просьбы в WhatsApp… уборка была пару раз за 16 дней , более менее … и только в последние дни прибывания нам отремонтировали кондиционер ))) пару ночей поспали в прохладе )

The staff was not responsive. Our room didn’t have a microwave oven and despite my writing to the property several times and highlighting this to the staff at property, nobody bothered to address this issue. No one came to explain the functionality of the gadgets. Charging for vacuum cleaner was missing. No toiletries were there. Booking.com should take this up issue very seriously with the property as for me even Booking was not able to track this request and manage it for me

Location is nice, we have been in Cassia Phuket Hotel before. Actually with the Residence only location and surrounding infrastructure were fine, totally met our expectations
The condition is the property was awful! Stains on the sofa, spots on the chairs and floor, dirty floor, broken furniture. Staff was completely non-responsive either for us or for Booking.com customer service. We spent nearly 1/3 of our trop trying to change the room to smith more appropriate. Service is very poor

Location on the 1st floor infront of swimming pool. Very nice view of lagoon.
No staff can be reached. Email, or call no one reply or answer. Just left us alone. 3 aircons were not working properly. One in the bedroom was dead. Another 2 in the living room, one is dead and another one is water leaking. No microwave!

The check-in was extremely frustrating and we were SO disappointed and let down that the owner had let someone have our room for a private booking...despite our booking having been confirmed weeks before. This was totally unacceptable.
As a result, after 1 and a half hours at check-in (after a long day of travel), we literally had no room. My children were so upset.
Eventually, we were split as a family and put up in 2 separate rooms in Cassia Hotel and were not able to eat until 10pm.
We have saved all year for this holiday and the evening was ruined, and also we spent several hours the next day trying to sort our accommodation out.
We were eventually given 2 rooms so we were split as a family for the whole duration of our stay.
It was such a shame to be treated so badly.

The room smelled heavily of cooking the entire time. opening doors and windows did not help improve it.
collect the deposit at the cassia reception- it’s inconvenient to expect guests to wait for your staff to visit their room to collect a deposit.
Tell guests well in advance that there is a loud concert running until midnight- then they can consider to cancel and book elsewhere.

The room was simple and functional. Quite a good location to get to the nearest beach.
when we arrived the air con broke on the first day and the toaster exploded. we wrote several letters to to the property management at Laguna and did not I any answers. we had to eventually go to their office and make noise before anything got done.
when you consider this is owned by the Banyan group it is hard to imagine a more incompetent management. Staying in Thailand and not having air conditioning for 2 days is not fun. The safe was broken too.
we had 2 other couples who had near identical experiences to us. my advice is not to send them any complaints but just Ho to their office and demand service as they are really not well managed.
it’s a shame really because the apartments are simple but functional, yet if anything is wrong, you May experience a sea of pain.

- nothing. we had several issues and we have solved them quickly with Laguna Property management.

modern apartment with great aspect over looking the lagoon with distant sea view, quiet at end of corridor.
Great having space with two bedrooms & bathrooms.
Total lack of contact from management, never came when they said they would, given wrong wifi password and did not change dirty sheets as requested.

The location is good with close proximity to a 24hr Family Mart, beach, golf course, restaurants nearby. Boat avenue was within walking distance too, or you could the skate scooters (extra cost) available. The apartment was bigger than expected. The electrical appliances were relatively new and clean. Quiet and safe environment. Take the free boat ferry to the beautiful Bang Tao Beach, walking along the beach to Laguna Beach, you can find beach clubs and restaurants too!
The balcony light was missing, so we could not enjoy sitting at the balcony at night. Was bitten by quite a number of mosquitos around the environment, would be good if natural mosquito repellant aromatherapy lamps or room sprays were available. Had to quickly buy some from the family mart. Would be perfect if there was gym or use of gym was available for quick workouts, even though we are on holiday.

It was worst place I've ever stayed. It was horrible from start to finish. It is appartment and it is really difficult to reach somebody from staff. I receive keys in the Cassia Hotel reception, but they said that Residence it is different place and they can not help me with anything. Nobody was answered by the phone and it taked long time to get answer by chat.
1. I requested baby-cot and it was confirmed in time of the booking. But it was no baby-cot in the appartment and it took long time to get it.
2. Washing mashine was brokent when we arrived, and replacing took 1 week, i.e. 1/2 time of our stay wahisng mashine was not working.
3. Main problem - strong smell of mold in the appartment. It was impossbile to be inside the appartment because me and my baby started to cough all time. I checked that it is a lot of mold in different places (walls and furniture) looks like because of water leakage form the roof (wall was wet all time after the rain and all walls have water stain) it was ideal environment for the mold. I asked to replace the room even for a room in different floor or street-view, but it was not accepted. Then I wanted to move to another hotel and asked staff and booking.com to cancell the booking and get refund for the rest days, but they didn't accept it.
I have not had in my experience so unsupportive staff as well as so bad place, especially for this money. Bed is full of mold, it is needed to burn it up, but not sleep on it. I would never recommend anybody to stay here.
