nosso quarto não teve limpeza em nossa estadia, nenhum dia das 4 noites de hospedagem tivemos toalhas trocadas ou cama arrumada e estes custos estão na cobrança da diária

L’hôtel est idéalement situé près de Times Square. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux La chambre est propre le lit confortable et tous les équipements sont modernes

La vue n’est pas idéale (sur un immeuble défraîchi) sinon tout est ok

The location and the pick and go breakfast

The hotel rooms for a double room are extremely small, to be expected in New York however these are extremely small, no room to put suitcases, the room door just about opens and the bathroom smells of damp. In addition, when we checked in we wasn’t told about providing a 24 hour notice for cleaning the room. 2 days into the trip I had asked the reception staff if they could send someone to empty our bins and they had not sent anyone. I left the bins outside our room as there was so much, we called the next morning and then the rubbish was collected. Also, when we did receive a clean it was half done - this was due to the lack of space to be able to put anything, the cleaning staff left spare bed sheets for us to change ourselves. I’d say if you are a group of 4 definitely find yourself another hotel or get 2 rooms as it was way too tight for 4 people to share.

Excepto la ubicación no me gustó nada, no hacían las camas ni limpiaban la habitación ni cambiaban las toallas, la publicidad sobre las habitaciones era engañosa ( mucho más pequeñas) y el desayuno era malo y escaso

Chambre non nettoyé tous les jours, le sol n’a jamais été nettoyé, draps non changé pendant une semaine, chambre extra petite ne vous fiez pas au photos très bien prise

Overall, a very good hotel for Midtown New York.

Overall, great location and staff. Loved that coffee was available during the day. Room service was also excellent.

The room was on a smaller size with quite small beds. We thought a few hangers and an updated AC unit (the current one was quite noisy) would improve the room. Breakfast was simple but fine, fruit not always fresh.

Location. Everywhere is within walking distance. Many central to bus stations, shopping places, times square, restaurants, etc.

Long queues for the elevator: Frustrating wait times. Very weak breakfast: Limited options: Only cheese, boxed orange juice, two types of pastries, and a few pieces of fruit (apples and tangerines). Lack of variety and healthy options. Super loud air conditioner: Disruptive noise. Dirty window frames (rusty): Affects overall appearance and cleanliness.

Reasonable value hotel

Good location, room was a little smaller than expected. Comfortable bed & pillows. Very clean. Housekeeping every other day, but fresh towels delivered. Staff was great. Breakfast was pastries, apples/oranges, coffee juice, nothing hot, no yoghurt or cereal/ milk. Minimal elevator wait(2) with about 6 rooms/floor and less than 30 floors. Good location.

A frig in the room would be helpful. Small microwave in the room. Breakfast could be easily upgraded, yoghurt, a protein (cold cuts, etc). The shampoo dispense pumps in the bathroom didn’t work. Put the small bottles vs needing to acquire from the front desk.

the location was fantastic as it was very central - a couple of streets away from time square and lots of shops.

The breakfast ran out on my first morning and it’s basic on other days - . small tray of pastry, orange juice, coffee and fruit. most of the staff were very helpful but others were not.
