Everything! I can’t seem to find anything to be picked on from my stay at citizenM such as very friendly staff (and even cleaners are friendly), very beautifully designed room (check it out yourself) to very clean room. Something worth thanking the staff: I got an early check in around 12pm as I was moving from another hotel and the staff kindly assisted me to find an available room for early check in without any surcharge. I also got my late checkout extended from 2pm to 3pm without surcharge as I was in a hurry back to the hotel from a haircut.

This is the first time I have no dislikes or bad comments for a hotel. You guys deserve a praise for bringing citizenM to a 4/5 star service and accomodation!

I loved that we have a nice, quiet and comfortable environment. Its good for doing work/assignment since there is pc on level two. The hotel also near to a lot of restaurant and staff is friendly.

I guess the hotel should improve menu for breakfast.

Food was fabulous. The staff was amazing and the beds were SO comfortable. I love the mood lighting in the room. The room is tiny but very efficiently laid out.

One elevator was broken which was inconvenient.

In mine opinion the pillows are too much soft as the mattress. I prefer more strong and resistance. The acoustic between bedrooms is not so good. I listened the neighbour cough and get out of the room each time.

I love how avant- grade the hotel is. Love the concept of automation and central control. All is awesome. Love the ipad control, love the total darkness in a touch of a button. Love the writings on the items. Location is great.

The below the bed can be made wider to accomodate bigger luggage

everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. But the thing that surprised me was the chrome cast on the tv and the iPad that controls the room

Room is a bit small but nice

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly, the Sup Mary. They were very eager to respond to my queries and find particular restaurants for my dinner. The breakfast could be improved few more fruits and tables laid with cutlery rather than us always grabing spoons, knives and forks.!

What surprised be was to find wash basin in the room rather than the toilet! The wash basin was a bit small and there was a tendency the water to spill on the room. I would have been delighted clothes pressing service is included in the laundry service. Instead the hotels has pressing rooms on every floor!

I was surprised for a CitizenM to pop up on my search here in KL since I only know them from being in Europe. As it's other locations, this hotel did not dissapoint. Great location and walking distance to both China Town (Petaling Street and that part) as well as Bukit Bintang and with all it's shiny malls! The room is small but perfectly laid out with no single inch not meticulously taken into consideration and made full use of. I loved the Chromecast feature so on a rainy afternoon I could just stay in and continue binging on my fav Netflix shows streaming from my phone account. Highly recommended!

that I get charged 10 Ringgit (2 dollars) for a brewed coffee. And early check in prices are just ludicrous even if just for 2 hours. Best to drop your bags and go for a stroll but hey I guess that's in most places.

very quirky modern hotel, great location and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept it!

apart from the huge bed the room is very small… kind of pod like but that’s the design so it was fine really… could have done with more hangers and tea and coffee facilities squeezed in though

Rooms are small , the layout of the room, sink not in the bathroom, the bed was enclosed around 3 walls , you could only access the bed from one side, which was difficult to get in/out especially with two people sleeping in it . kettle in the room would be nice

the interior of the property is great.. super new and modern with great functioning rooms. great for 1 person, 2 maybe u would get on top of each other a bit.

I know the hotel can’t do anything about this but outside the hotel is very run down.. homeless and trash lying on street corners, hopefully additional development and improvement will happen soon. Also just a note that the staff aren’t the friendliest.. minimal interaction with the customers.. muttering responses. maybe they’re all very unhappy.. who knows. the guy who cleans floor 8 was great and very friendly.
