Gut für eine Nacht

Ein Erlebnis: Hotel + Casino, außerhalb von Las Vegas. Es gab 1 Flasche Wasser pro Tag umsonst, kann man nicht zu jedem Hotel sagen. Bequemes großes Bett.

Hätte sauberer sein können. Lange Wartezeit am check in Schalter abends, da nur einer besetzt war.

It was a great place to stay, and the staff were very friendly.

The clean rooms and the gym.

I didn’t care for the buffet because the food wasn’t that great.

Would stay again.

We liked that the property had so much to do on the property. Bowling was fun.

They had one person checking in everyone at 5:00 pm on a Friday night . I have no clue why it was taking so long and why no one was helping. I did have to call because they charged me 2x for the room even though I paid on Booking. They were apologetic and refunded me with no issues.

The hotel is good but way overpriced!!

The staff is ALWAYS friendly!!

Overpriced!! When we stayed her last October it was priced perfectly, this time it was way overpriced.

Nice.

How clean the place was. How separate the casino area was to the hotel lobby. The rooms were comfy. Lighting was nice in the room, and we had lots of options. I like how there was water provided in the rooms. I like the game room, the food options. The rooms very quiet could hardly hear any other noise from others.

Just the way a customer barged in front of the line and wanted a key change. The staff weren't as friendly, they really need better customer service. Especially greeting a person at the lobby. I was not greeted at all during my stay. I don't know if it because I'm Native American, but I'm been getting that vibe at this location and in sedona area. Also it very difficult to find parking and the hotel lobby, I drove around and saw a garage n just followed others into the casino.

I was simply overnight but rested well.

Nice quiet rooms with great temperatures. Long walk from parking to room but ok. Good view. Close to highway but not noisy.

I’d try to find somewhere else to stay on vacation

Location was good

Bathroom had poop/blood on the wall in several spots The 4 days there no one cleaned I had to go find Someone for clean towel and waters Hot tub didn’t work 3/4 days we were there and kept being told maintenance knows yet days went by with no repair

I was just ok.

I liked the security around and the bed was comfortable.

The room was really too small. I realize you're a Casino but for a 8 day stay the room was way to small.

A very memorable Anniversary trip!

Very nice breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the casino too...even won some money on our Anniversary! The hotel was so clean and new smelling, and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were so awesome, didn't want to wake up!

The wait to check in to hotel was a horrible long wait. The staff did not want to compensate or help the customers with the unsatisfactory wait time. Some staff were rude. And I wanted late check out after staying 3 night at hotel.

I think we will have to look for a different place to stay next time

The hotel was fine but charged my credit card $464 that i had on hold for incidentals. I had purchased the room thru booking.com with a different card

It’s a nice place for one night stay

Bed was very firm and lumpy, ice bucket had water in it .Buffet was just ok not a lot of selection

The stay was great

Clean and food was great.

The check in time was an hour long due to new computer system, they couldn’t find the reservation and had to recreate it. Did collect incidentals said to come back next day. Returned 4 times next day and long lines. Finally was helped.

They had trouble finding my reservation which I had already pain in full … also we were packing our stuff and when we came back to the room about 1050 someone was in there already trying to clean … definitely was not happy about that due to to u still had a couple personal things other than that enjoyed out day

Hotel was very nice. Casino small but nice to have. Bowling was great.

Although the hotel was very nice I did feel it was over priced. I feel if the room was about $50 less it would have made the stay excellant.

Some of the staff very unfriendly…check in women… the breakfast is tasteless.. the coffee area was dirty , no sugar, no cream . No Starbuck, must haves!!! Need better and more restaurants!!!
