Definitely would recommend to others would consider staying here if I ever need a Hotel near Manitou

The Staff was great. The old Hotel was great. It was like a high-class hotel at a middle-class price!

Not real fond of Valet parking, but the alternative was worse.

We loved the Cliff House!

The architecture, decorating, staff, food, cleanliness, and location.

Not a secure wifi network and our shower curtain smelled sour. Not enough parking if we don’t use valet.

Charming Inn in a great location to this wonderful town.

The location was great, we walked everywhere. The inn is very charming, nice onsite services restaurant/bar. The staff was very friendly. Love reading about the history of the inn. We checked in late, and we were able to still order food.

The rooms were smaller than expected but nice. The bar was closed for renovation. I don't think we should have to pay valet parking this should be included.

Great old hotel in the center of town. Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and nice dinner menu. Would stay again.

Great location, service, and staff. The building has seen better days. Still found it to be worth the stay.

Great location. Lots of history. Friendly staff. Valet parking available. Excellent breakfast. Excellent restaurant.

The place needs some TLC. Lots of rotting wood and peeled paint on the outside. The bar and grill was closed during my stay. No mention of this until we made our way to the bar entrance.

The oldness of it. I love anywhere old

Some of the staff felt very cold toward me. I stayed alone and felt I shouldn't be seen. The house keepers made me feel super welcome and amazing, maybe the front desk staff needs to change jobs. Also make sure you have reservations at night for the restaurant. I felt more in the way than I did feel comfortable by the front desk ladies.

One of our TOP places to stay in all of Colorado. Top Notch!

Cliff House is one of our favorite places to stay in Colorado. We usually travel to the Mountains each year, and Manitou Springs in a great location to stop on our way from Texas.

Only issue, and it seems it's just a bit of bad luck, is we have not been to the bar during our stays. First was Covid, and the second time they were closed for some renovations I think. It looks nice and we are looking forward to a cocktail next year when we come back!

Holiday near Garden of the Gods

Lovely old hotel in a great location

The cleaning staff did a very poor job on preparing our room. Not properly cleaned with a dirty item of clothing poking out from under the bed. I expressed my concerns to the hotel manager Kelsey who was very helpful and I felt that she would address the problem for future guests
