fine except for the dining room

staff and room were fine. breakfast was fine.

parking lot was full at door #3 when we returned at 9 pm. Finally found a tight spot There was a homeless man in the dining room that I found frightening.

Disappointing

The bed was comfortable.

There were brown smears on the shower wall I had to wash off before using the shower. There was black mold in the washroom. There was a blow dryer available but it didn't work. The shampoo dispenser was so empty that not a single drop came out.

We liked everything about it. it’s conveniently located. Quiet and comfortable. Tim Hortons right beside it. great price. beds were super comfy. And there were rooms available when we were stuck and needed them. Staff are helpful and gracious. Air worked great. lots of pillows and towels. Great Choice.

it didn’t have an elevator. I have trouble with stairs and our room was on the third floor. But easily fixed. Manager told me to park at the back of building and the entrance there was only one flight up to the stairs to the third floor and my room was two doors down from that entrance.

Room nice and big

Staff is very friendly, the room is very big and comfortable. .

The minus is the look of the corridor and different entrances of the hotel. It's dirty and doesn't look like very friendly. During night I heard so many teenagers running in the corridor. Having the ice station right beside my room was not very relaxing, bc everytime someone came to pick up ice I heard it.

There were kids playing in the hall... would have appreciated a quieter section of the motel. Would have appreciated also knowing that the place was under renovation.

Nice right off the highway

I got a change on my card that hasn't been put back on my card the room was 130 but I have to but a 200 dollar payment with 70 put back on since check out but also another 254 dollars charge which hasn't not been put back on or did I get a receipt for this transaction but the last did rip and crumple and throw out paper from the machine for the first transaction the amount is 254 the lady then charged me another 200 for the room which was 130 and a 70 hold which has been given back but not the 254 dollar so the room that was 130 was actually 384 for the night Be careful at this location my mistake I guess
