When I enter the room, the room hasn’t cleaned yet and shower was repairing then lever was removed… I asked lobby staff to replace the room.

Definitely not up to standards of other hotels we stay in in the moderately-priced range. Doubt we coukd ever book anot

Good parking. Got extra towels when needed. Traveling with a disabled adult daughter who, when showering in the roll-in shower, gets water all over the bathroom floor. Can’t help it. Thus the need for more towels. Only reason I booked your site (far from where we actually needed to be as no other sites were available with roll-in shower) was because of the roll-in shower.

1. The bathroom! Mold in the shower!!! Didn’t appear that the shower had been used for awhile. Very difficult to pull out and push in the handle for the water. The shower “wall” was coming loose from the wall. Needs re-gluing. Broken tiles as baseboard. There is a wall between the toilet and the vanity. Very difficult for my daughter to transfer onto the toilet. Not a good set up! 2. We had to take an elevator to parking and to go to the office on main level. Dangerous situation for wheelchair-bound people. Wasn’t told if there was another safer exit.

The location was nice as our training was about 2 minutes away.

WiFi password is very weak, TVs did not work properly, and all the channels were broken images. The shower in my room was very hard to operate. We were woken up to the fire alarm one morning with no direction on what to do. It turned out to be a false alarm. I called the front desk regarding my TV and shower and was told "sorry".

size of room was larger than expected. Bed was quite comfortable. air conditioning and heat worked well.

Breakfast was lacking, eggs, rubbery and lukewarm. There was not much variety with the cereal. There were no coffee cups in the room. The pool wasn't open.

The stay was serviceable, but overall felt like a motel 6 and kind of dumpy.

Breakfast was good. They switched our room because the first one the carpet didn't look clean. Room was decent, but a little cramped. The TV was huge, but the sound qualtiy was poor.

Felt dingy. Exterior needs work. First night there was a leaking pipe in the parking garage.

Very nice and the staff were very helpful

I actually loved it as it is my hometown, we had to look for a house so very busy week.

Loved the property that we were right next to a very great home style restaurant. It was like having meals at home so that helped.

Exceptional customer service

The staff, Steven in particular was great. Wherever you go, regardless of what you're doing what makes it or breaks it is the staff. Steven was helpful, respectful, kind, and very professional. Amazing customer service. The hotel as a whole was surprisingly clean.

I liked the bed, I enjoyed the friendly person at the counter my room was clean.

I didn't like the shower it wasn't easy to turn on. I didn't like the front desk person sleeping when we went to check out and the lady who seemed to be on drugs standing at the counter who didn't work there. She made a mess all over the floor and was making me very nervous as she moved around all over the place.

It's alright.

The bed was really comfortable! Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean.

The first person we spoke with at front desk was very rude. When we came back to front desk, there was another person and they were more professional. The ad that got my attention made it seem like the pool was in-doors and functioning. I was very disappointed in not being able to swim/use jacuzzi.

Except for no shower, everything else met expectations.

The bathroom shower faucet was stripped and I could not get the water turned on, so no shower that morning. I told front desk and they explained how to use the faucet. Come on, I know how to lift up to turn on and turn for temp.
