Beautiful place inside and outside!

Everything was really great but the breakfast really comes up short. I would gladly pay a little more for the room if there was a better breakfast option

noisy. Found hair in the container of gravy at breakfast. The lamp in our room between the beds had short in it or the wall plug causing it to only work intermittently

The cozy lodge-like feel was very welcoming! The staff was very helpful and friendly. It did not feel like a chain hotel at all - much more like a local, quaint four-star hotel.

The coffee could be better.

Sitting area around fireplace was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good and very convenient

Bed was a bit too firm from my liking. Vending machines were Out of Order on 2nd Foor...

Very impressed!!! Very well cared for facility. Staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times! Definitely will visit again next time I'm in Flaggstaff. Awesome job to the management team!!!!!

I have stayed here a number of times, and the location is great. The unlimited coffee and other drinks are great, and the breakfast is a cut above many other places.

Whether all of these things should be attributed to the hotel or not, some may debate. However, the walls are paper thin, and I literally woke up someone when an adjoining room turned on the shower, it was that loud. To quote the song, there was a "two-ton child running wild upstairs," and as they ran back and forth, it sounded as if, any minute they would come through the ceiling; this took place during the waking hours of both days I was there. One of the big reasons I like to stay at this hotel is the beautiful fireplace and large lobby area, but every time I went there to sit and drink coffee or read, there were either children loudly playing (and their parents didn't stop them, in fact, thought they were cute), adults having some conference meeting and talking around the big table, or adults who felt it was ok to be so close to the fireplace that no one else could enjoy it, much less see it. This has been true both this time and the last I stayed here, and since these thing can no longer can be enjoyed, I will definitely be staying somewhere else when I come to Flagstaff. I really tried to give it another chance.

Beautiful property, homey lodge-like feel. Super friendly staff. Spacious, clean room with super comfy bed.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Cozy, lodge like feel ambiance. Great daily hot breakfast and coffee/tea always available :).

Bed was medium firm; a little too hard for me to sleep comfortably. Added a couple of extra blankets to add some cushion and that helped.

A very clean, well decorated property with nice rooms. We loved the lobby’s lodge feel and had a nice time visiting with friends by the fireplace. The breakfast was also a nice touch.

The only area I would suggest improvement was with the mattress. It is not comfortable, and was very hard.
