Terrible Customer Service

The property had on the description as pet friendly and we went ahead and booked it. A day before we travel we openned the property policy in booking and was showing NO PET FRIENDLY. We contacted booking and the property and they said it could not accomodate our pet. We made travel plans change and asked to change our booking from 2 to 1 day, when we sent this request the property told they WERE ALWAYS WAS pet friendly and charged us for the change on the reservation. They still have on their policy NO PET ALLOWED. Terrible customer service and providing misleading information and putting all the extra costs into the customer! Do not recommend this location!

Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and attempted to help but no housekeeping on the property at the time we checked in.

Keys didn’t work, had to be reprogrammed. One bed cover covered in hairs and dirt stains (looked like would have come off in wash). Bathroom shower, floor and hair dryer had hairs. Floor of room clearly hadn’t been swept - pieces of food, trash and dirt visible.

There were quite a few hairs much longer than mine in the sink. There was no stopper for the tub if you wanted a bath.

Absolutely Horrible

The property was cheap

The AC was not on when we got there, it was loud, noisy and made it almost impossible to sleep The pool was dirty, there was gum stuck to the walls The floors were uneven. The toilet was in the center of the bathroom. The worst part was breakfast— they did not refill anything and took everything down at 9 despite our paperwork and the front desk stating breakfast was from 6 to 10 upon check in.

Location was close to venue we were attending.

Had issues with first assigned room, toilet not attached to the floor- staff changed our room without question. Asked to have our additional towels left in room-never done had to go get additional towels at the front desk. Really I’m was spacious but bathrooms were not!

Never again

Beds and room were ok but the rest of the facility was dirty inside and out dirtiest place. I’ve ever stayed. The vinyl flooring is lifted in several spots, and the tub does not drain.

The worst hotel stay and worst customer service experience ever

Beds were okay, pillows are small but also okay.

Room had no hot water and sink would not drain. First room smelled like smoke and the second didn’t allow us to have an enjoyable shower or wash our faces or brush our teeth. The front desk did not offer to move us or look at the rooms- just kept saying they knew there was hot water ( where there was in fact not hot water to our room) The front staff associate Barbara had a really smug attitude while telling us the manager wasn’t in yet when we tried to check out that morning. Wouldn’t tell us who the manager was, when they would be in, or if they would call us. It has been 24hrs and no phone call.

Nothing. Rooms were falsely advertised

Rooms were falsely advertised. Walls were painted in different colors from the pictures, floor was not carpeted as ad. Water in sink and bathroom were clogging with every use. Refrigerator and microwave were not functioning. Hotel needs serious upgrades. Breakfast was awful.

Cold room

I got a chance to see my niece who lives in White Haven, PA.

The heat in my room was less than desirable, at least for the first night. I turned up the heat, past 80, and it seemed to take a long time for the room to feel comfortable. I wore pajamas in bed the first night, but the second night it was okay. I turned the heat down to 75 and it was just right.

Disastrous and disappointing, the worst hotel I’ve been to and I have been to many levels of hotel

Quiet surroundings

Unsecured back door entrance, anyone from the parking lot can walk up to my room. The first room we were given had an unclean bathroom and toilet with feces in it. Our room was changed but the second room had algae in the bathroom and shower. Our window view was an area with trash. Free breakfast was inferior quality food I couldn’t eat.

Thank goodness we only slept here and weren't forced to spend extra time at the hotel.

The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator kept our items very cold - enjoyable to drink an ice cold water first thing in the morning!

When we opened our door upon arrival, all we could smell was burnt popcorn and there were popcorn kernels all over the floor. I went to the front desk and the person on duty said there was no housekeeping. He wouldn't change our room - said no availability but you could tell the hotel wasn't full. In addition to popcorn on the floor, the bathroom didn't look like it had been wiped down in a very long time. I had to wipe everything down with wet wipes before we felt comfortable using anything. The hallways were dark and the carpet didn't look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. There was trash on the floor from the time we arrived on Saturday until the time we checked out on Monday. The breakfast was very unappealing and lacked refill by the staff. People were waiting for food to be restocked - we gave up and went elsewhere for breakfast. The hotel should give you the option of whether you want breakfast included in your stay because not only was the room rate high, there was no food so we still spent more money than anticipated. Also, there was a charge on our bill for Safe w/ltd Warranty that we were not told about. We had to pay for something we didn't even know was in the room. Very disappointed in our entire stay at this Comfort Inn - you could have done much better!!!
