Didnt get to stay

I booked for one night and later changed the dates for that night through booking. It seems that booking didn’t contact the property-to confirm the changes. So when i arrive after a long drive from my original destination they tell me that the booking was yesterday’s date - the date before the implied change by booking- non the less the lady at the front desk is not very welcoming I ended up up leaving while she was arguing with booking.com customer service

ok but not the best!

Bedroom size was perfect and the bed was large. Hotel was close to every location I had to visit and was in the right spot.

Breakfast was not the best. Room smelled like smoke although I requested a non smoking room. There was no elevator in the building.

Terribly unkempt room! Absolutely no comfort!

Quick access to the parking lot through a private door.

Torn curtains. Broken closet door. Spots on the couch, smashed insects on the ceiling. The bathroom didn't look very clean. The room had windows on the street, where noisy trucks drive at 5:30 a.m. All furniture and appliances look old and do not work as they should. Poor choice for breakfast. Every day is about the same. The food was not good. And all this for a crazy price! I don't understand how a room in such terrible condition can be so costly. I feel robbed! I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Absolutely ridiculous! Our bedsheets, pillow sheets were beyond dirty. We found blood in the sheets, brown marks on the blanket and many tiny hair on the sheets. It was disgusting. The room also smelled, not cigarettes but a really gross smell. -0/10!

We were locked out of the hotel upon arrival due to an out of control man in the lobby and approximately 15 people in the parking lot told us we were in danger and not to leave our car. Police had been called. I had a heart attack recently and decided not to stay there. Need a refund on my Visa card and a complimentary stay as per my booking company. This should have been done by now. I used comfort inn on Feb 2nd and also on December 24th. Am a member of choice hotels. This is not looking like a reputable company or chain. Please do SOMETHING SOON ! Thank you. Grant J Robson.

Clean comfortable room. Lobby taken over by other guests.

Close proximity to the airport, free breakfast and overall facilities

Shuttle service. They should clearly mention that it would be a shared shuttle service which has a tiny logo of comfort inn. We had to wait 40 mins for the shuttle.

Disappointing

The location was close to my work. Breakfast was ok.

The prize is very costly for a 2 star hotel. Room has a musty smell.stayed in a non smoking room but smells like somebody previously smoked in there and stuck to the walls. Have to spray perfume to make our stay comfortable enough.

Disappointing in that there was no transport to the hotel, despite a shuttle service being advertise

The booking was easy through Booking.com

There was no shuttle service available from the airport. I tried to call the hotel, and the person at reservations could not find the shuttle driver to fetch me from the airport
