Disappointing

Staff was friendly and had a decent breakfast.

Advertised pool, when we arrived, they said the pool was being shocked and that the filter didn't work last week. There was no pool furniture out, I honestly think they no intentions of ever opening it.

we liked the large room, carpet looked newer… but had a restless night because the queen ?

new carpet and smelled fresh

the Beds, beautiful fresh linens but seems like old spring mattresses that where very uncomfortable and felt smaller then Queen! the bath tub looked dirty, but at closer inspection they where just worn and very old! in dire need of replacing as where the base walls around the tub

One of the worst Comforts I’ve ever stayed in. I am in a hotel every weekend. I will stay at the quality next time.

Location is great. Trailer parking is good

Room smells like wet dog. Guy at the front desk told us there wasn’t any other options, which is understandable, but tried to argue that the room didn’t stink.

very dirty rooms and smelled awful.

the outside of the property and location was well lighted.

the “non” pet friendly room smelled like animal urine really bad and there were ants crawling up the wall between the beds. complained to the hotel staff and they said things are expected when you’re traveling. and couldn’t offer a discount because there was no manager on the property. only stayed here because all the other hotels were booked.

Awful

The hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. There were roaches inside and it was so dirty my family and I left. The man who checked us in was Daniel and he was so rude and even argued with me about how he was going to charge me. Would never recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness and the staff need severe changing.

It was good to have a nicer type place, with easy access for our elderly pup.

Location was great. We were provided an easy access room for our dog. Area seemed it would have been fun to explore.

Found old dog kibble and dirty plastic utensils on floor. No extra roll of toilet paper available. Somewhat noisy but could have been the room location which we liked.

They take pets which most hotels in this town do not, but that's it.

The room smelled like dog crap. It was a pet room, and that was fine. I've stayed in plenty of pet rooms through the years traveling with my dogs but this room smelled terrible. This room smelledike there was still dog crap on the floor somewhere. There wasn't, we looked, even moved furniture to look. We went out and bought fabrize, and it helped but damn, shampoo the carpet. Awful. Will not be back

I did not stay! Nasty place!

The nastiest place I’ve ever been in! Dried semen splattered on bedside table and tv table! Dirty mirrors, dirty walls, disgusting smell! Booked thru booking.com and Comfort Inn said had to reach them. But Booking.com enail sent me straight back to hotel. I did not stay..it was disgusting, nasty, and unhealthy. I want a refund!!!

booking.com needs to have a box to check so you aren’t surprised with a $30 pet fee at check in!

front desk was very friendly.

the extra $60 fee for 2 small dogs. I never would have stayed here had I known in advance.

Superb

Very clean room and comfortable beds. I had a 2 queen beds room and it was very large. Got a great deal on Booking.com too. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

It was a nice, quiet area. Me and my kids enjoyed the breakfast and room was very spacious.

The night front desk worker harassed me and my guests because I wasn’t familiar with their policies that were not available to me on this booking site.

Nice room, but not good shower.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. The air conditioner was perfectly cold.

The room had an odd smell, like stale cigarettes. The shower was designed for handicap and too short for a regular shower. The head would not stay up and kept falling forward.

Room was not available for checkin at 8 pm. Front desk manager asked us to wait in lobby while room was cleaned. We waited for an hour sitting directly in front of front desk and manager (8 feet away). After an hour I asked if the room was ready and manager stated room had been ready for 30 minutes and he didn't see us sitting right in front of him. When we entered the room, it smelled, the carpets were dirty and there was black hair/beard shavings all over the the bathroom counter. I wiped down the counter with a dirty towel which also had hair on it. We left immediately in the morning creeped out by the dirty room and the lack of customer service.

The location

The night clerk could Crack a smile if she wanted to. I am handicaped Asked for a room on first floor or by elevator. My room was on 2nd floor and halfway down the hall. You could feel even spring in bed. We were moving into the room and got a call from the front desk and said we were making to much noise for the people below us.
