Nice room, quiet, plenty of space for the four of us. The bathroom area with the toilet and bathtub/shower was bigger than most hotel rooms, which was a really nice feature. The sink was outside of that part of the bathroom, which was nice too.
Two people can be getting ready at the same time. The architecture of the hotel itself was very interesting. I wish we could have come in the summer because the pool area looked like it would have been beautiful and fun. All in all, for the price, I though the room was great.
The breakfast area was somewhat of a mess. It would have been better to have a few more people bussing the tables and keeping up with refilling the food.
It would have been better to have a little more counter space by the sink and a towel rack for the hand towel. It would have also been better to have two queen beds instead of two doubles. I didn't see that they offered that, but I might have just not seen that because they were sold out of those rooms.

The room was beautiful, the windows opened, we had a couch and were on the third floor. It was quiet and the staff even let us store our luggage from 11am til check-in. The breakfast and coffee were great and the airport shuttle leaves every hour. Every staff member we interacted with was lovely and helpful and it made our stay amazing. I will definitely be staying again if we come back to PDX :)

A better screen on the fence outside 1st floor rooms would shield the trash bins and r PDXx txt drunks from the bar on the next property

The staff was very friendly. It was difficult to find the button for the jacuzzi, but the front desk lady helped me. The pool is a lovely temp too, it was nice switching between jacuzzi and pool.
Maybe two jacuzzis? It's a bit small and can be awkward if you're sharing it with a stranger.

The family upstairs was rowdy...kids jumping off the beds making loud thumps, running back and forth, etc. We asked the clerk to ask them to be quieter, and they did stop the jumping. Also, car alarms went off 3x in the parking lot. I don't suppose the hotel can do much about either disturbance, but it meant that we didn't sleep well.

The room was clean and the staff was quick and helpful at our late check in. Breakfast was nice and was actual food not just grab and go.
The comforter was awful and the a/c unit in our room didn’t work well and being that close to the airport the window being open was too noisy.
